I didn't catch his name, but I believe he said he was the GM, deserves all the good things in the world. We were having a bad night and we were so exhausted and he completely turned it around when he didn't have to, appreciate him so much!! Food was hot and tasted great. Seriously, hope he gets props for how good of customer service he is giving, went above and beyond.
For a fast food restaurant, It's an example. The service is effective, and the food, an experience that is indifferent to your schedule.

This is one of the best Taco Bell’s I ever visit. I visit at 11:32am for an early lunch today (12/06/2024) and it was honestly amazing. The cashier William (according to receipt) was the sweetest and the meal tasted amazing. I appreciate that they made sure not to add supreme to my meal! Overall the staff they had at the time of my visited (from the cooks to cashiers) was nothing short of amazing.
