Filmore across from burger king wife and I went in for our after-noon lunch @ 2pm ordered 2- 7 dollar boxes didn't get nothing we ordered everything was cold and disgusting. Wanted to go in and ask why my order was wrong and the doors are locked. The lady at the counter thought it was more important to eat her food infant of people instead of helping people at the counter she was very rude threw our cups and our change at us 😑 I will not be returning to this location sorry toco bell not sorry to the people who manage this place. It taste like someone spit in my food.🤢🤮
Night shift employee was incredibly. Me and my girlfriend were fighting and he did everything he could to make things good for us and have great customer service. If you're ever hammered or having late night cravings here is the place to be.

Went to the Taco Bell on Fillmore through the drive-thru. Ordered four of the double tacos and I wanted the steak instead of the ground beef. When I got home and looked at what the steak was little tidbits of I'm hoping is beef I was pissed, you pay extra for the steak you get what looks like dehydrated beef that are about less than 1/8 of an inch long didn't look like real steak

The guy working the drive thru seemed absolutely bored with the idea of helping us and his voice reflected it. We asked for hot sauce and instead we got 4 packs of mild. Our tacos were cold and smashed at the bottom of our bag. I definitely won't be back here anytime soon!
