This location has plummeted in every aspect. The wait times have shot up while the food has gotten significantly worse. The last two times I've been here the food was mediocre and that's being generous. This time I get a cheesy gordita crunch and it has almost nothing inside of it. I went in and show them and the guy asked if I pushed it to the side? What a stupid question. Then he spreads out everything and it barley covers the length of the shell. If you're going to continue to increase prices maybe make sure the quality reflects that

I ordered 5 Baja blast, they only gave me 2. I ordered 10 grilled cheese burritos, 1 chicken chalupa, 1 chicken quesadilla, 1 large nacho fry, and they only gave me a chalupa and 3 grilled cheese burritos. They didn’t give me a lid for a drink.

Unfortunately a customer had made a claim about me just because I used the bathroom. After wrongfully being accused by the staff there I showed and proved that it was not true. Due to
the inconvenience and embarrassment the manager came and gave me 2 vouchers for free food! His name is Ray and thanks to his gesture I went home feeling like a worthy person instead of what people look at me and assume me to be .

I will never go back to this Taco bell, I came in when my order was wrong a guy claiming to be the gm fingered though the food tried to give it back then threw the food in the trash in a rage when I asked for a remake on one item. I asked for a manager he yelled at the staff not to make my food and he was a gm said he was just going to give me a refund and told us to leave. He was disrespectful to my client who didn't have teeth to eat a hard taco and after I took time to calm him down and act like a professional I took my money back. This is the single worst experience I've ever had in my life. And after calling the corporate line and no response I've really have lost faith in the company. Thx for being the worst taco bell in the united states.

Worst taco bell in town. Sat in the drive through for 30 minutes with no way to get out. Manager needs to learn how to run a drive through and pull cars into the parking lot and bring out their food.

I placed a mobile order to be picked up through drive thru. When I was given it, it had the wrong items in the bag. I went inside the store to explain the issue, and they handed me another bag that was supposedly my order. When I opened it in the store in front of employees and let them know several items were still missing, I was accused of lying.

We went through the drive through late at night and despite us being the only car we were asked to park and then drive back through in a few minutes for our food. It was a weird request and we were tired from work. They ended up just bringing our food out front to us. The whole interaction was weird. But that's what you get from a taco bell late at night I guess.

3 out of 5 times I've pulled into the drive-thru, only to be told they are out what I want, the morning staff never showed (so they will open around 11am without any breakfast items; it's 9am btw) or my order was so wrong as to be almost funny; 3 bean burritos and 2 soft tacos instead of two 7 layer burritos, three hard tacos and extra hot sauce (there was no sauce or napkins). AVOID THE DRIVE-THRU, I can't comment on the inside.

They need to add napkins to every mobile, drive thru, and counter especially when there was no napkins which is disappointing especially when the food can get messy.
