I love Taco Bell, great food. This place needs help. No one ever says hello when you walk in. I always have to use the kiosk to order food. They were out of mild and hot sauce, so I asked if I could have some creamy jalepano in stead. the manager, young girl blond hair refused. Told me it would mess with there food cost after I spent $16. I asked for her name, but she refused. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Sad that a great co, which my dad worked for has gone to this!

I didn't get any food so I can't rate that but we all know it's Taco Bell so how good does it really get? Barely any toppings and they want $14 for three crunchy tacos... which in itself is pretty ridiculous however I was hungry and they were the closest. When I went in I was greeted immediately only to be told that they were too busy to take my order and I would have to use a kiosk and put in my own order. That is literally their job to type in my order... you were able to tell me that but you could not take my order? Nah... I'm good I'll go to Chipotle where it's the same cost and they'll take my order. So much for customer service🙄 Oh and they were absolutely not busy. There was nobody in line and there was one car at the drive-thru.

Even through some issues with the drive thru speaker, the cashier maintained a pleasant environment and conversation, and our food came out really fast. Honestly should be the Taco Bell standard

UPDATE: I return a year later and the service has moderately improved but the food has somehow gotten worse. The 2 quesadillas were burnt to a crisp and had no sauce in them. Inedible. The soft tacos were a cold mess with different ingredients in them despite being the same thing. HORRIBLE LOCATION.

Food is always good. I'm sure if they could manage to get your order right it's be even better. When in tonight to get one of their cheesy double BEEF burritos they Guy read out the order correctly to me, but was instead given 3 cheesy bean and rice burritos. Not what I ordered, add to the fact they also never asked me if I wanted sauce or anything. So I now have not the food I ordered and no sauce to make up for it. Next time I'll just go next door to the McDonald's. At least they can get it right.

I’ve only gone through the drive thru at night to pick up a late dinner after work. Every time I’ve gone, the people working the window have always made my night and been extra kind. I hope they get the recognition they deserve.
Mexican pizza has a strong smell of fuel consumption and feels stale. Mexican pizza tastes like bad oil, not good.

If I could go negative stars, I would. I got a plain bean burrito, a plain cheese quesadilla, and a Mexican pizza. The total was $22. They were small and unsatisfying with ingredients that obviously weren’t fresh. Incredibly poor quality food for exorbitant prices. I remember when burritos and quesadillas were $1! If I’m going to eat bad food I don’t want to pay both arms and legs for it lol. It’s been 5 years since I’ve been to Taco Bell and probably won’t go again.

The young woman working yesterday at three didn't want to say a word, tried to just go and collect my food but was met with silence and a cold stare. She also didn't give any sauces, I had to ask for them, and no straw. The drink had clearly also been sitting out all day because the ice was melted and it was flat. Just find another taco bell to go to
