Service is absolutely terrible. Wait forever for an employee to give me my pickup order, missing an item half the time. This last order i put it there were no employees in the kitchen and i waited probably 15mins until one came back from their smoke break to even acknowledge there were customers in the restaurant. Awful experience

Handed me my drink but put the food from my order up on a warmer, then it took me almost 5 minutes to get them to give me my lux box.

This location has gone down hill, multiple times I have ordered the grilled cheese steak burrito and it has come with ground beef, when the cashier forgets your drink at the drive thru and you ask for it you get a look like your stealing from them. Will not be spending my money at this location anymore, taco bell will be lucky to keep my business from this point forward anyway.

They're so purposefully understaffed you have to order on the screen or go through the drive through. You can tell that corporate is the clear problem making it so only the drive through gets actual service. The bathrooms needed cleaning but again no staff. The food is taco bell. You know what you're getting there.
