Would review my food but after sitting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes I was told that they weren’t closed but wouldn’t take my order because they had to catch up. The employee told me over the speaker to either reverse out the drive thru or wait and go around. What a joke, if I could give 0 stars I would.

Very slow service but polite staff. Food eh was a little less desirable
No customers and I walk in and wait. Nobody. Comes to counter over minutes. Walk out and don't talk to anyone. No wonder no customers.

Best service EVER! I placed a mobile order for a pick up in the drive thru. When I pulled up there was a line of about 5-6 cars, which made me instantly regret my life choices. So imagine my surprise when I hear the angelic voice of Tyriq R. telling me that I should try and hop out of line because my food was already ready. I backed out, parked, and was in and out in 60 seconds. Never in my life have I left a Taco Bell so satisfied all because Tyriq was looking out for me! You are the BEST!

There isn’t an option for zero stars or that’s what I would choose. ABSOLUTELY will NEVER eat at a Taco Bell again!!!!! Not going to be forced to place an order on a kiosk. I do not work there. Can’t get a receipt without entering personal information. How absurd. It’s great that employees still prepare the food. Will not eat here ever again. Stupid concept of no customer service. Great idea geniuses! Absolutely will not be forced into working for my food and then giving personal information to receive a receipt! You people are so stupid. America was built on human interaction, not working for free. NEVER WILL EAT AT ANY TACO BELL AGAIN! There are about a zillion other places to eat. Might explain why there were literally zero customers inside of the restaurant on a Saturday. Real genius idea of trying to force me into your agenda. Hope you think it was worth it.

Do not get the chicken. It was old and dry and discolored. Disgusting! Also the dude at the window didn’t give us our drink and just slammed the window shut as we were talking to him. The other guy was very nice and helpful though. He apologized and gave us our drink.

If you are a dasher, NEVER go inside of the store it doesn't matter if they are busy or not. The staff will ignore you. VERY unprofessional. Just go drive through way easier. But me personally i am done with this store.

I walked out.there were 20 or so cars in drive through line . 5 persons in front of m
e at counter, awaiting orders. After 15 minutes or so I was in pain and left. Disabled vet. .no staff members cared.

Whole order was messed up! Items missing! Manager answered the phone told him about my order! But instead of settling the issue he handed the phone to his employee to handle it!? Shame on you management! Do Better
