Food Quality was poor. Fillings were very disappointing and it was cold. They didn't even complete making it before wrapping it so fillings were half as it should be. It was Drive thru so they're suppose to make it when you pull up not when you place an order. Our food was made 2hr prior to picking it up.

It’s unfortunate how good this food can be, yet the manager is so rude. An item I ordered came with jalapeños, in order to get them on the side, I had to pay for “extra” jalapenos. It didn’t make any sense since it was already on the item. I asked to modify my order and was told to do the modifications first before ordering which also didn’t make sense since I didn’t know what was on the item as it’s not clear on the menu. I use to work here for over a year and loved it but it’s gone to crap. Can never get the order right :(

Employees are the absolute worst!! Messing up orders constantly, complain about helping customers in store, then orders take anywhere from 15-30min!!!! For simple Taco's!! I mean what the actual hell???

I ordered a beefy five layer and a cravings box yesterday to bring into work and the burritos were disgusting enough I threw them both out. I usually enjoy the food that comes from this location but this time was absolutely terrible. At least the Dr. Pepper.

I ordered online then they told me to go to the front to wait. Waited for 30 minutes then had to get back in line cuz they locked the front door waited another 20 in line so dumb

I've had nothing but great service and food from here. OCCASIONALLY they do mess up an order however its always minor things that are not worth complaining about, and i personally found a bonus, an example being rice on a simple bean burrito. The employees are always very nice and Curtious and will take the time to double-check and label your food if you ask them to no matter how busy they are. I wholly recommend giving this Taco bell your business.

Would review my food but after sitting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes I was told that they weren’t closed but wouldn’t take my order because they had to catch up. The employee told me over the speaker to either reverse out the drive thru or wait and go around. What a joke, if I could give 0 stars I would.

Very slow service but polite staff. Food eh was a little less desirable No customers and I walk in and wait. Nobody. Comes to counter over minutes. Walk out and don't talk to anyone. No wonder no customers.
