I just bought a $7 meal luxe but where is the meat?

This store is in dire need of management!

it is always dirty .. the windows are disgusting, especially at the entrance. The staff are usually MIA. Then when they come out, they have no desire to actually do their job, they are rude, distracted and probably playing on their phone. Our order is always wrong... we have been missing things, or ask for no sour cream and it's on everything... ask for it on the side and it's missing. Today our tacos seemed pre-made.. the shell was completely soggy and all the food was cold.

Being by the highway, this could be a lucrative location but it's usually empty and sad, withering in it's own filth.

If you are going here just check your order before driving off from the drive thru window or before you leave the building. I’ve been here multiple times since it’s the closest Taco Bell to me and they literally have a track record of messing up something with the order every time but they sure will charge you the price of something and you get the less amount food from them. If you want just a tortilla they manage to just give you that, they not only mess up orders but skim on the amount of everything they are putting in the food you want. This location is hardly busy so why they manage to mess orders up who knows but it is seriously ridiculous and annoying. Franchise, management, whoever needs to get back to the basics and train there because I am not sure if it’s the person taking the orders or the line of people making the food but someone is always messing up in there. So sure go here but check your order because we all know how it is you go to a fast food place drive off, get home, get to work from a fast lunch break and the shits not right. Do better Garden of the Gods Taco Bell team. So this is my go to stop cause there is not another one close but I was forgotten at the drive thru for my order to get taken and it sounded like someone had their kids inside cause the dining area had a family with older kids so I guess if Taco Bell is bring your kids to work then that’s to me, I had to repeat myself several times for a basic order so clearly the order take was distracted. Then I get to the window and I guess it’s okay to be on your phone while in the drive thru window, still hear screaming and loud talking through the cracked window as the order taker is again struggle on the person behind me order and I was shocked she pulled out her vape and vape’d in the window in customer view!!! Work ethic and expectations have gone way down, that’s wild. But hey do you Taco Bell

Not sure what’s been going on at this location. Employees are rude. Had to re order my food over 4 times because they either gave me the wrong items or didn’t give me one of my items at all. Food is mainly tortilla with no filling

Please owners of this place and managers, this person is the worst, I was waiting for my order for 45 minutes while she was on the phone, it's incredible that they allow this. And when she gave me the order, she made fun of me and said thank you for waiting. This is professional.

2 people in line and they still messed up the order

Me and my brother went through the drive through, were greeted with "Hi! Are you checking in with rewards?" Amd when we said no, we were met with silence. We sat there trying to get someone's attention for like 5 minutes before we decided there was better service elsewhere instead of sitting there screaming at a wall.
