It takes a lot for me to write a review!!! I honestly wish I didn't have to give any stars because this place SHOULD BE SHUT !!! I pay a lot for carna asada fries to begin with and they literally wasn't cooked fries frozen that's 🤢 NASTY AND FAT GOOD LORD... THEY USE TO BE WAY BETTER AND THE service is very RUDE maybe IT'S BECAUSE I don't speak spanish however this is the only location near me so me and my family will never go here again and I am telling everyone I know not to waste their time and money because they don't even care and they won't cook your food and if you ask and pay for extra anything they still won't give it to you!!!! Beyond pissed I got off work didn't have time to cook dinner so I grabbed something with the last of my money and I get non-cooked food ripped off for the add on's I didn't even receive they just out here jacking people's money!!!?

Had the chicken burrito yesterday. On the toilet 4 hours after. Still on the toilet in the morning. Eat at your own risk. Definitely avoid if you need to travel.

My partner and I ordered exactly "a number 7 all beans no rice, a churro, a mango smoothie, and a number 7 with bean burritos instead of beef." He asked for us to repeat many times which we did and even asked again at the window, he than gave us only the two number 7s after stating your the ones with the smoothie and the two number 7s.

Work nearby, gave this place multiple try’s but the portions of food are small compared to the big price. Flavor is never good and sides are always missing. Far as “Mexican fast food” goes. This place is the worst.

Be very careful what you order if you cant take a lever 20spicey! They do not list that they smother tacos in searing hot spicy sauce! Im in literal physical PAIN from a single bite of a regular chicken taco that said nothin tv about hot spicy sauce! Not freaking cool! So i just wasted $20!!!
manager told us “DONT COME BACK" because SHE charged $39 on our card, and had to provide a cash refund on. dont worry - we wont! also, it took incredibly long for everyone waiting in line to get their food so honestly this experience was the worst we have ever had. what a joke of an establishment!

I paid $35.00 for an order of super nachos, an order of carne asada fries, two large horchatas and two plain churros The portions were half the size they normally are from any other Taco Express and Taco Star here in the Springs and there was no sour cream or guacamole on either of the super nachos and the carne asada fries. I didn't get my receipt, I won't go here again and I don't recommend this location to anyone.
