Tacos fuego was really good me and my family ordered the street corn as a appetizer, and the birria Tacos as our meals and it was delicious. Atmosphere was very pleasant and clean, we got seated in 10 minutes wasn’t a long wait definitely a nice spot to eat good food and that’s a plus to say for “Pueblo” food. Also we had a very kind gentleman as our waiter didn’t get the name but he was very kind and respectful!
Definitely a family restaurant. Dishes are not like all the rest of the cookie cutter Mexican joints in town. I do miss the old menu, had the Pueblo burrito with asada and it was delicious.
Best tacos I have ever had. They had great flavor by themselves, but were made even better by the grilled onions and jalapeños on the side. I would take this place over any other mexican food option.
