I ordered Carne side of fries, and the fries were undercooked soggy, and they sure were expensive for jipping me by giving me the wrong box

Upon first arrival the location seemed inviting large salsa bar with lots of options they didn’t have lengua which is my favorite cut of meat I wanted to try their barbacoa which is my second go to and it was horrible. It’s like they took beef jerky and put it in a blender just dry tasteless and smelt like dog food. The asada was not much better chewy and the taste was lacking. Tortillas were rushed and undercooked. The only saving grace was the salsa good flavor with a good kick. Perhaps that was the intention smother the meat with salsa so you can’t tell how bad the meat is. 24 dollars for 6 tacos that was just disappointing I can’t speak for the other dishes but I don’t think I would bother trying.

I SPOKE WITH YOU AND SUGGESTED MAKING THE ROLLED TACOS LIKE EL PASO TX CHICOS TACOS. THERE ARE ALOT OF EL PASOANS LIVING HERE AND WOULD BE SUPER EXCITED TO HAVE A PLACE HERE THAT MAKES THEM. EVEN COLORADO RESIDENTS WILL TRY THEM AND GET HOOKED. ALSO I SEE YOU DO SOPES. WOULD BE AWESOME IF YOU DID GORDITAS OFFERING GROUND BEEF AS WELL OTHER MEATS. I'IM TELLING YOU BOTH WILL BE A HUGE HIT!
