We love El Korita! They are the best Mexican food truck in town hands down. It always hits the spot especially coming from California and being very picky when it comes to Mexican food. My husband always asks for his tripa extra crispy and they never fail at making it crispy and still keeping it savory. We come back quite often and are regular customers and they are always very kind. Definitely recommended!

Food was delicous. I got a birria torta and a pastor taco. Both tasted phenomenal. My only gripe was the bottom bread for the torta was thin and fell apart by the time I got to eat (5 minutes later). It could use parchment paper underneath when boxing or less wet ingredients. Still, flavor was excellent and price was good.
The quesadilla was one of the best I've ever had in my life. Will definitely be stopping anytime we're in the springs. Must try don't miss out on this gem.

Dec,2023 we come from out of townWe went to the address that appears on two occasions and they were not there, I thought maybe they changed location and I called and called the number that appears here and in the photo of the trailer and they never answered. They will be good but they need to improve that.

My husband and I are on our honeymoon and we had no idea what kind of food we wanted. We found this truck through google. We’re from Texas and they have great tacos so we were a bit iffy about trying this truck BUT let me tell you…THIS IS AN AMAZING TACO TRUCK. They were attentive and fast. It was not busy so it was quick. We got the Asada Quesadilla, Birria Tacos, 2 Carnita Tacos, and 2 Asada Tacos. Everything was made fresh, the green salsa was very good & it brought all the food together ? We also got 2 Coca Colas, and 2 churros. The price isn’t bad either consider all the food we got ? Highly recommend! It was a great meal and we absolutely devoured it.
