I came to this place, because of the high reviews but unfortunately I was disappointed on everything from start to finish. First of all the salsa taste like absolutely nothing…. and the meat had not seasoning AT ALL!!! I am from Texas so I thought this food was going amazing but OMG NOOOO! Please do not go here! It was pricey and not good whatsoever

You are missing out if you don’t visit the el Paisa taco truck. No comparison. Hands down the BEST Mexican food! Real food! Real flavor! Real Good! Every Friday night I go to the south east corner of circle and airport cuz that’s where el PAISA is! Can’t get enough! Their barbacoa is always awesome. Been coming for a long time and every time it’s the best! Consistently Fantastic. And they are fast too! Makes my mouth water just writing this review! Seriously my favorite place to get food!!

WOW!!! We ordered tacos in every meat they had available. And they were all AMAZING! The staff is friendly and fun. We went on a Friday evening and they had a huge line. They worked so quickly and the order took no time at all! The customers guided us on different meats while we waited to order. And guess what? Everyone liked all of the meats offered. So I did what anyone would do.. I ordered all of them!

I have been a loyal fan on this truck for almost 10 years. I watched them grow from the very beginning when they were located on Fountain/Chelton. NOTHING except adding more items has changed. The food has always been amazing. Salsa is hot! I'm originally from San Diego and when I say these are the best tacos in the Springs they are.
