I loved the Pollo a la brasa and anticuchos. They also sell nice things inside the restaurant like candles, llama key rings and aji Amarillo and more. Will be coming back for sure!

As authentic as you can make it being in such a different climate comparing to Peru. Antiquchos are amazing, so far my favorite and Lomo Saltado was so flavorful and juicy. Excited to have this cuisine in town at last!Parking: Very easy to park

Food was outstanding. We moved here from L.A. and it's hard to find good food in the Springs. This is authentic Peruvian food and it is delicious!!

Amazing authentic Peruvian food. Owners are from Lima. Freshly cooked to order. Very friendly. You can eat inside the restaurant even the food is cooked from the foodtruck.

This is a food truck with indoor seating. The chicken has a smokey flavor that goes all the way through to the bone. Absolutely delicious. Return visits are almost mandatory, in fact, I for one cannot wait to go back. Highly recommended.

This place is legit Peruvian food. If you have never had Peruvian rotisserie chicken you are missing out on one of the wonders of the world. We chose a whole chicken that comes with two sides. We chose rice and beans. The nice lady (who barely knew any English) also gave us some fries. At $32 including tax I considered a bargain, since it fed my wife and I for two dinners. Peruvian sauces are divine. They gave us two of them. The green one has some heat. These people deserve your support. I know I will come back.

My husband and I have struggled to find good food in Colorado... we do what's called the Colorado rating scale (taking a star off what Yelp says lol)... and I LOVE Peruvian, I got to go to Peru for 6 months and eat there. So I was a little reluctant to try this place, but I had been craving Peruvian for months. We got the causa (2 layers of mashed potatoes with a layer of chicken salad in the middle topped with a slice of hard boiled egg), ceviche (like raw fish marinated in lime juice and salt) and lomo saltado (like Peruvian beef stir fry with tomatoes and onions and French fries). Husband was a bit suspicious with the causa, but he said he was pleasantly surprised and ate it all. I LOVE ceviche, so of course it was perfect. And we thought the lomo saltado was great, we like things a bit saltier though so that was the only thing that we thought the lomo saltado needed (easy fix that we can do ourselves!) we also got some chicha morada (Peruvian sweet purple corn drink) which sounds kinda weird but it was a perfect balance of sweetness with the spices it had !Anyways I cried because this really did meet some expectations about Peruvian here in Colorado Springs. I will definitely be coming back soon as a birthday treat! Next time we go I will take pics of the food... I was too excited this time around and dug right in lol

Great food, I forgot what it was called but it was delicious. Very large portion I was able to save some for later. I will be sure to return and try more of the menu.
