I had an extremely frustrating experience here. The staff was unprofessional from start to finish, and the wait time was unreasonable for a boba shop. It took an absurd amount of time for anyone to even begin my payment, and when they finally did, the employee checking me out was busy having their own conversation instead of speaking to or acknowledging me. I was basically ignored at the counter.

After all that, the drinks still took forever to come out, with no explanation or apology. Poor communication, lack of basic customer service, and excessive wait times made this visit a complete disappointment. I won’t be coming back unless there’s a serious improvement in how customers are treated.

Since this is a chain, idk how much control the owners have, but the boba literally has no flavor. It’s beyond disappointing

As for this specific location, just waited 20 minutes for 2 smoothies (how???), watched other orders be started before mine, and was told that they ran out of boba. Never in my life have I heard of a boba shop running out of boba. There were other times I’ve went for just milk tea, which should be less complicated, and also had a long wait

We used to go here pretty regularly to try all the different drinks. It used to be great. Now the last several times there is always something wrong. Yesterday, we ordered 2 drinks - on the label on the cup everything was correct. But both drinks were missing the tapioca. Mine had the coffee gel I'd ordered as well but no boba. Disappointing. And I won't be going back if I can convince my daughter not to.

The drinks are phenomenal and affordable. The Boba is soft and sweet amd the 55oz Boba drinks are so cool if you're looking for something to last you the day. Or an hour if you chug drinks like I do. Really comfy vibes here, the music choices were incredible too. Great place for gathering or doing some work alone on a laptop.

soooo goooood. like i liked it and it was good. they have boba just so you know, its chewy not too chewy, if you know you know. like good chewy. one time they didnt have any boba tho. like, thats why i came here. almost threw hands that time. besides that, like good. love you teapioca xoxo

This place tastes like being born, in the best way possible. Love it!

Need medium size teas

Me and my partner come in every once in a while and never have been dissatisfied, and this morning was even better then any other time. Whoever the 2 openers were on august 23rd made the best drinks we’ve had!
House coffee/caramel & peach/strawberry smoothie were the best we’ve ever had here.
10/10 love’m :)

I appreciated that the cream Matcha was not sweet with just a bit of sweetness coming from the Boba balls and milk foam. The golden milk foam was OK but not up to the standard I am accustomed to with places like happy lemon.

Got the Taro Cream Boba Madness, and I legit went insane. Five stars

I've come here many many times. There are so many drinks and treats to try. I ordered something different each time. It is also a fun place to hang out with games, stickers, and stuffed boba toys. I just found out this last time that some of the tiles on the wall is actually Interactive.

Overall good experience my drink was ready quickly 😌 and the lady at the cashier was so sweet and the other employees were amazing 👏 🤩

Best tasting boba teas, amazing customer service, the employees that work there are some of the nicest. Hard working folks out there. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Definitely best place Colorado

This is probably my family’s favorite boba spot. People are always polite and the drinks are always great. Try the milky flurry!
