The beef was so overcooked it wasn't edible. The chicken wasn't even cut up. Ended up eating just rice. And it's a good thing they give you teriyaki sauce to put on it cuz it was soooo dry. Very disappointed cuz the stores in Denver are really good and we were expecting something similar here. The girl at the cash register was very nice. But we paid $30 for inedible 'food'.

Everything was awful. They claim it's Seattle style chicken, but Seattle doesn't have such dry chicken.

Update: 9/21/25 Burnt and dry chicken. Requested a refund but no response. I like the food when it's not burnt. I go there alot and most know my name, face and what I order. I will need to find another place for teryaki chicken that's not burnt.

Rice not cooked well. Every bite is crunchy rice. I ordered online and picked up. When I tried to call, it ring one time and hung up. That's poor service. This was my 2nd time visit and both times the rice was undercooked. I'm going back to Toyoko Joes.

They emailed to said the started the refund process. That was in July 2023. It is now September and still have not received refund even after several messages and no response. I would give this place -5 if I could.

THEY WILL NOT MAKE THINGS RIGHT WHEN YOUR ORDER IS BAD!!

Order again on 4/8/25 the food was burnt requested a refund and I am still waiting for the refund.

The poor cashier seemed very overwhelmed with the amount of orders he had to pass out and with how slow the kitchen was moving. He gave us complimentary drinks, which was great for those who hadn't already paid for one themselves. I ordered a large spicy chicken bowl, with white rice and broccoli. I also ordered a regular drink and potstickers. My order was supposed to be ready by 526pm. I did not leave until about 544. I did not get the potstickers that I had ordered, instead I got an order of 6 crab rangoons.. this one is my fault for not double checking before I left.

The chicken was tasty and very spicy, coupled with the white rice it was pretty good. The broccoli didnt seem to have been cooked all the way through and it was cold (while the rest of the dish was still warm) when I finally got to eat it.

Overall, the experience could have been better, but I will not be returning.

Should have gotten Greek food like I wanted. 🤣

ETA: I just remembered, you could hear the kitchen staff talking loudly and cussing from the dining area. That was a first.

This location is always clean, the food is always delicious, and the staff are all so kind. This location is also close to my home which makes it very convenient when I need something for lunch. Will definitely be coming back!

Yuuuuuuuuummmmm!!! I'm from out of state and this was the first time ordering from Teriyaki Madness!! Man it was fire!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 The ginger sweet sauce is so delicious and the teriyaki sauce is mouth watering 🤤 the chicken was perfect and I love the burnt flavor mixed with the sauce 🤤🤤🤤🤤 the rice is great and the veggies too! Fast services and clean environment. Our 4 year old loved the food too! Diego was our helper and thank you so much for suggesting what you did! You guys rock at Teriyaki Madness! 🤤

Ordered two chicken teriyaki bowls and after 30 minutes I had to ask for a refund. Was not clean, one guys glove was ripped and was touching doors then food. There were three people a head of me and each had waited a long time and had some other problem as well. For sure wont be back.

No one was in line ahead of me but it took extra long because the cashier didn't know if he could accept a 50 for 30 dollars of food then he said it would be and 10 minutes. No problem I say. There's a few people sitting without food, they must have just ordered.
Fast-forward 30 minutes, I still don't have food, every customer has had some kind of problem, the cashier didn't hand out the drinks people ordered then questioned is they paid for them (they did), the place is dirty, asked for a refund and that took another 10 minutes
