The last two times we ordered from this location they had ran out of steak and pretty much everything else. The first time sure fine.. the second time was ridiculous. They said they refunded me the order and if i didn’t see it back in my account they would remake my order for free.. i never received the refund.. so I go in today and tell them what happened. The young man at the front was very sweet, but the “manager(s)” were downright terrible. She said she wouldn’t remake my “whole” meal for free as they promised, only the bowls from the order or they would refund me. Well why would i choose a refund if they didn’t honor that the first time and if your willing to to refund me for the whole order why cant you remake the whole order for free it’s the same thing! The manager didn’t want to come to the front and take accountability for what SHE promised and didn’t deliver, but instead wanted to let the young man deal with it for her which is cowardly and childish. Kuddos to the young man at the front for being sweet but the rest of y’all are downright trash. I’ll be going to the Interquest location ONLY from now on.

The food and staff are always incredible. It is constantly busy and the quality doesn’t disappoint!

Was told numerous times at this location "we don't have chicken breast prepared, it's a 20min wait", or "dark meat is the preferred meat". The service sucks. When you do get your food, it's usually burnt and the rice is never cooked well. Far cry from the locations in Denver.

This place is very clean, but very busy! I waited a long time for my food, but the cashier/service rep was very apologetic and kept me updated. Although I am unsure why it took so long, the customer service was friendly and seemed to feel bad. The food was very similar to panda garden, and priced about the same. Good for a takeout option.

Much better since the last time I came here. Kitchen is much cleaner and food tastes fresh. Especially when compared to when they first opened. So glad they turned this location around. Great place for a quick bite.

I came in 5 minutes before they closed. The cashier was nice and professional. She took my order and got me my food really quick. The meal tasted great too. Not sure why they are rated so poorly, but my experience was all around amazing.
