Really great food but I’m super disappointed that they got rid of their happy hour. The new one only is for margaritas and doesn’t include any other drinks like beer or wine.

My dining experience at this Texas Roadhouse was the worst I’ve ever received. Not only did I wait 30 minutes past my scheduled time. This was due to the service staff calling out the wrong name and when I asked to clarify if they meant this name they said no. So I went up to the counter 30 minutes later because it was busy and they said and I quote “omg we gave someone your table”, then proceeded to make me wait longer.Then we order our food and they mess my order up bring out a rare steak. They take it back and say they’ll bring a fresh one out with everything. Don’t I get the same steak with a big patch of burnt char all over it. The manager didn’t even care. He was like all good and I’m over like it fine.

I recommend going to a different Texas Roadhouse because this one is not able to operate. They don’t care about their customers.

Our server, Ian, was awesome. We were tucked back by the kitchen celebrating our 4 year anniversary. The food was great, he is a real rock star. Appreciate him making our anniversary memorable with great service.

Can I give Texas Roadhouse 1000 stars??! Been going here WEEKLY for 24 yrs ! This is my favorite location ! Vince the owner is very visible in the restaurant (and he’s not afraid to get his hands dirty by cleaning off a table or bringing out food. He’s very involved in his restaurant) . He comes up to every table and interacts with you. Staff is consistently friendly. Food is consistent and high-quality well worth the price.
Sit at the Bar with Eddy! He’s my favorite spot! Ps make sure you get on the waitlist so you don’t have to wait too long because there’s always a wait

Great food. Great atmosphere. Excellent service!
The only thing that needs help, and it seriously needs help, is the ladies room. Even when it's clean, it doesn't feel clean. It needs to be remodeled and the hole in the wall needs to be fixed.
I don't understand what such a great restaurant has such a nasty bathroom. It's been like this for years.

Vegetarian options: Not sure why a vegetarian would go to a steak house, but look at the menu before you go. I'm sure there's something you can eat besides salad.

Kid-friendliness: Bring them! It's already a loud place, we won't hear them. Lol

Waited an hour with a call ahead for "615" was told we were on a wait list. Got there at 605, told the hosts we were there, got text message updates and eventually one to stand at "on board 1" and stood there for 25 minutes until 700....went and talked to the host and was told there was a "miscommunication" after we watched a few dozen tables and parties be sat. Multiple apologies from the manager as we were STILL standing there with our kids. Should've left sooner but thought because we were a party of 18 it was a process and gave the benefit of the doubt. Called texas t-bone and got a table set up on our way and were sat immediately. Food is better there anyway lol

Always busy! Should tell you something about it. But the Powers location is the best as far as food is concerned!
