It is very unpleasant to order your food without spices and for them not to respect it. I have gone to eat the same dish several times, but this time it was spicy. What bothers me the most is that I told the waitress and they denied that the food was spicy. I gave it to my companion to try, who also found my food spicy. I hate spicy food. With this, I will not go to this place again.

Friendly and accommodating wait staff! Food is prepared fresh, but quick! Usually no more than 15 minutes and that’s for their less popular dishes. I’ve seen food come out in just a few minutes for many! Food is authentic, great portions, great taste. Taste just like home. Very affordable and priced verrrrrryyyy fair. I got a whole tilapia, soup, a buttload of rice, papaya salad, all for under 25 bucks including taxes and all! I’m Asian and I don’t have a lot of family, so every time I come here, makes me feel like I’m at home and I don’t want to leave haha. I see the staff over there eating and I’m like I wonder what they’re having, can I join haha. Thanks again for such a great experience!!!!

I have been going to this restaurant for over 15 years. After Covid, the quality and consistency went down tremendously, to the point where I only get 1 dish from there now... Thai beef salad. I had a problem with this dish a couple years ago and wrote a review as well. Friday, May 2nd I ordered 4 dishes. Thai hot beef salad, Thai hot Pad Thai, hot chicken fried rice and yakitori. I attempted to eat my Thai hot Thai beef salad but it was sooooooo sooooo hot I couldn't even eat it. Background, I am Thai and I have ordered this dish on numerous occasions, not just here but in several states I've been to, and it's never ben red in color or so hot I couldn't eat it. 3 of the Thai dishes were pure red in color when you opened the containers. The fried rice was so hot my son couldn't eat it either. I contacted the restaurant and instead of just apologizing and telling me they could remake the food, they blamed ME For ordering Thai hot. They also told me that the red color didn't indicate it was spicy. After arguing with the cook over the phone I told them forget it, I didnt want them to remake anything. After thinking about it, I called back and asked them to remake the food because I paid for it I sent my best friend Jason to pick it up. When he went to pick up the food, the waitress who has been serving us for years was rude to him, declined taking back the original food the cook told me to bring back. One of the cooks also told him that when people order Thai hot they don't normally make them Thai hot because this ends up happening and walked hik over to the spice level sign. I am just so disgusted at the excuses and behavior. As an employee of the restaurant and cook who is actually making food for the customers, you should have some kind of accountability. It's a simple fix but to blame the customer, is just not ok. I do not think I will be going back, my son said the food has sucked for years and he doesn't know why I get food there anymore as well. Attitude of staff is important and I am not just some new customer. I literally have been going there for years when the food was actually good. The new food that replaced the to hot to eat food was absolutely bland, no flavoring at all. One extreme to the next. I am just very disappointed and underwhelmed. I am speechless.

Walked in waited 20 minutes to be seated to just have somebody point where to sit every tables were dirty covered in food ,there was someone on their phone completely ignoring us …after sitting at the table with nothing for 10 minutes we decided to leave. Very disappointed. Wish we could’ve tried the food. We will try again on a less busy day.

10/10 would recommend. Drunken Noodles is my favorite item to eat and I can’t deviate because it’s just too good.

This has been my daughter's and my go-to place when we decide to dine out casually. The cozy dining room is typically not too full and there's interesting Thai decor to look at. The food is good! And it has been pretty much unchanged for years! This is a plus because their current yakitori recipe is fantastic! Service is consistent and friendly and she will likely remember you once you've been there a few times.
