Food was alright. Service is really slow. Bartender seems to be more concerned with chatting up her regulars than serving. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a small place and they may only have one or two people working at a given time. But we were one of three parties when we walked in on a slow Thursday, early afternoon, and it took about fifteen minutes to even get menus. Then when we were finished eating it took over 30 mins for her to come and clear our table and give us the check. I don’t think we will be back. It might be fine if you’re just drinking and if the staff already knows you, but I would find a better place if you’re just looking for a quick bite and drink unless you want to pay a fortune for parking because you have to keep renewing it since the service is so slow.

We went to The Block Bar and Grill this past Thursday around 5pm with my wife and 11yr old daughter. When we first got there we were pretty much the only customers. We originally decided to go because it was one of the only places I could find that had Billiards along with good food and a good atmosphere. All three of these things turned out to be great! While there there was a small challenge with a homeless person who kept coming in and making the customers and staff feel uncomfortable. One of the owners (Ben) was there and he handled this challenge very quickly and in a professional manner. Ben and the other staff were extremely apologetic to my family and the other customers. I was impressed and will be back.

Went on taco Tuesday. Bar food super greasy ...Chicken tasted weird and salty ground beef tomatoes were bad too. Green chili was gross ? Hole in the wall kind of bar . Don't go for the food!

This was our first time at the Block Bar & Grill and it exceeded our expectations. Hands down the best fried pickles I have ever had. Super crispy and just perfect all around. I had the spicy honey bbq wings and loved them. Definitely recommend!

Stopped by to have some wings Wednesday night and they were not good. They were not even semi hot. Like they put them in microwave and then put sauce over but didn’t heat them enough … but during the day food usually better.
