Was extremely disappointed in the service of this organization. Sick employees coughing and sniffy-running noses wiping them constantly. Management was also sick and was indifferent about having sick team members running the store and the classes. Unsure why it is appropriate for a teacher in the baking class to have a cough and runny nose and still teach a few hour class in a confined space.

Everything was very tasty, but pricey. The presentation of the plates was bad, no glass coffee cup, or glass plates, all cheap paper. For the price and for being French, would be nice to have a coffee not in a to go cup.

My wife and I just discovered the French Kitchen a few months ago. Awesome place, from the owner and all the staff. We highly recommend!

While I'm a sucker for French Pastries, and these are top notch, the customer service and pricing are such a low point that I am giving this score. Each time I've gone in there's a discrepancy with the advertised pricing on the freezer section items. Typically when this occurs the advertised price should be honored but each time I'm charged more than is being advertised and it's awkward to put the items back because I don't want to pay the exorbitant full price for frozen items.Specifically today, there were boxes with 7 pastries, I asked if they could change out one for another in a second box. They did so and went to ring me up, then suddenly another person told them they couldn't, had to put three pieces back for the one, so I got 5 rather than 7.The customer is always right & honor what is told to the customer isn't honored here, which is why I don't recommend.

The quiche and pastry I ate was incredible. I love their lattes as well. So cool to have access to such an authentic and delicious french bakery all the way in Colorado Springs. They also have cooking classes that are a lot of fun. Definitely stop in for good food and coffee.

Amazing bread and exceptional food. They cost more than you'd expect, but it's certainly worth spoiling yourself once in a while!
Friendly staff and delicious food!I'm planning on coming back to treat myself very soon!

I love the quiche! Also, the cookies are awesome! We bought some pizza dough as well and made our own pizza a few nights ago, pretty good!Their cooking classes are also amazing. My daughter did a few last summer. The owner is very attentive to any concerns. I edited this review. It previously had a few issues that I mentioned ( I still had given 5 starts) and the owner gave me call to rectify the situation. I didn't feel that was necessary but appreciated the gesture. We highly recommend them and will continue to go back when we are close by.
