There’s not a single dish I got that was good. They are very overpriced but the food had had no taste and barely alot of hot pot items. They asked to pack up our soup and we said no because the soup flavors were so bad. They already have stuff added inside them and not just the flavor. I didn’t really enjoy, I would suggest not to open up restaurants if the food is that bad. Plus the chicken and fried rice was terrible!!! So soggy, I feel like they need a better chef. Smh. We spent $130 for very bad food!

This restaurant unfortunately ranks among the lower-tier pho spots in Colorado Springs. While the service was friendly and the food arrived quickly, and the space itself is quite lovely, the overall experience was disappointing.
The main issue was with an individual who referred to himself as the owner. Despite a language barrier, his tone, volume, and body language made it obvious he was speaking disrespectfully to his staff. He was very loud, and his constant shouting completely disrupted the atmosphere. It was hard to enjoy a meal or carry on a conversation with his voice dominating the background.

The Pho from this place is not good at all. If you actually knows what pho tastes like it’s not even close to authentic where they make it here. The long hair owner talks very loud and sounds very rude with his employees. We noticed him going around asking customer to take shots even though they don’t have a liquor license here. Save your money and go somewhere else instead of this sketchy place

outdated, poor customer service, and the food was basic. not worth the money. biggest gripe is one of the staff spilled drinks all over our friend. wouldn't have been an issue, accidents happen, but they provided no assistance to help him dry off. literally insane. there are better places within the city.

The atmosphere was dated (just like the mall). But the service was terrible. They say all you can eat, but your server is never there to refill your drinks or take your additional order. I mean... the food itself was good. The broth was great and the cuts of meat were prime choice. But the service just ruined it for me.

The service and atmosphere were nice but the food was bad. We originally went for the hot pot but it was too expensive ($30 per person) and the entree we did get was edible. The fried rice was poorly made and the chicken was a bad texture. The pot stickers were fine though.
We love this place! Great service, (they are literally the nicest) and they have some of the best broth for Pho. Definitely recommend!

Awesome spot. The only downside was a slight lack of communication, but it didn't impede our visit at all. The food is amazing, we had hot pot with Tom yum broth. All the ingredients brought out to the table raw, cook yourself. Just the way I like it. The men who served us were polite and gave small treats alongside our food, a cute touch. The boba smoothies were incredible too!
