Love this place, always good customer service and they typically do a great job!

Good food , real friendly service and unique atmosphere.....it's a car wash too !!!

The overall experience was good however the car wash area felt a little run down and outdated. The food was good and the service at the restaurant was very friendly.

Make sure you go to the one on Garden of the Gods every one is so nice. The one on Woodman they stole from me and when I went back that same day I was told to talk to a supervisor the next day so I did and in a nutshell I was told sorry. So I Got screwed nothing was done. When the owner of the one on Garden of the Gods she said she was sorry for the other place but she was not the owner of that one but if I came to her she would give me a discount on my next car wash.

More expensive than the car wash downtown and didn't even get the bugs off the front. I would have taken the car back I had the time The place looks nice but it's the car that supposed to look nice

Good food, but I think they should do better on cleaning cars. They try and do it quickly and dont complete what they should. Or lower the prices for the standards

Terrible experience....first they say it takes 4 hours for full detail because it will look like brand new car, great so I call uber, they call to go pick up looked pretty good went home, they call because they forgot to put my stuff back in my car I go to get it realized they hadn't cleaned ashtray so they clean it. I get home notice my cup holder in broken call them they take 5 days to get back to me to tell me it was already broken WHICH IT WAS NOT. Basically their word against mine and owner backed employees instead of customer! Worst $229.00 I have ever spent...do not go here!!!

Very run down and unwelcoming. The quality of “detail” from them is summed up with this: They soak every piece of your vehicle in armor all. Gross. Stay away and find an independent detail shop. I waited almost 4 hours for a pretty pour cleaning of my vehicle, nowhere even close to a detail which is the service that was paid for.

No air freshener in the package I purchased, I did not eat there, but the cook was eating food straight from the prep without gloves. Kids washing cars were stones and left spots of dirt on the dash. They seemed pissed that they actually had to work. Not worth the effort to go there. It use to be good, but it isn't run well now.

I love this place! I've only been there twice and both times it's been awesome service! I don't take my car thru the automatic wash because it's a specialty car so Thanks to all the hands washing and waxing my car and attention to detail. YOU GUYS ROCK!. It's a restaurant too so You can even dine in and chat or even do homework while you wait. They even deep fry the French fries not microwave them and make grilled cheese too. One of the coolest auto detailing and burger joints ever I love the setup and the fact you can get your car cleaned and eat on your lunch hour

I stopped at The Hub Car Wash & Diner, 4460 Forest Hill Rd., Colorado Springs, and received an estimate for a full detail on my vehicle from the employee named Jeremy, along with an appointment day/time. March 10, 2018, I dropped off my vehicle and saw that three men went to work on it immediately. They had to start out hand washing the vehicle, as it sits so low that it will not clear the automatic wash railing. About 4 1/2 hours later the job was finished. The person who completed my full detail is named Ben. I am pleased to say that my vehicle looked like a new one when he was finished. Every door jam was sparkling, paint was buffed beautifully, and leather seats perfect. Tires were shining and the engine looked like someone could eat off of it, that clean! They used a good quality wax on my vehicle, as well. Cup holders, glove box, moldings, flooring, etc. were all immaculate. I never had a vehicle detailed prior to this, and this was my first visit to The Hub Car Wash & Diner. It was well worth the price I paid for this exemplary work.

Wow, very impressed. They have a great system set up here and have figured out what the customer wants.

One thing I can't stand is having a dirty car and in Colorado I feel like that's a battle! I found The Hub when I moved here a year ago and I come weekly and get my Jag washed, I love that they are quick service and extremely detailed on the inside as well as the outside of the car- I also love that they do a military discount and a quick wash and dry the next day if it rains for free when you bring your car back with the receipt! I won't take my car anywhere else! These guys are awesome! I also found out they do rock chip repair they noticed I had a chip on my windshield on my other car when I brought it in for a wash, they had the chip repaired and car clean in under thirty mins! Hands down this guys Rock!
