Why are these poor baristas being made to work in -26 degree weather? The INSIDE of the windows were completely frozen. I cant imagine how unbearable today's shift was. At what point does the manager decide to close up shop for the safety of their own team? No one needs coffee that badly.

I won't waist my money on horrible customer service at this location again.We had trouble with our app and our free drink but the employee tells us, if you come through again I'll remember you and yo can't use it again.Trying to tell us we are dishonest without even knowing us.if this were my employee, she'd be fired

I would've give this 5 stars not that long ago. However the last 2 times I've gone my $6.22 drink was made incorrectly. This is twice now and the same person made it both times. I don't get anything substituted I just order the muddy as a blended drink with no whip. Super easy straight from the menu yet its wrong everytime now. I won't be returning now. I work right next to this place it's convenient and I used to love it, but now it's not worth going if I can't even get my drink made correctly. I miss the other girls that used to work there, they were quick friendly and always made my drink right.
