True to its taste
Came in 45 minutes before close and asked for a seat. Rude Hostess said she had no tables available…we saw 27. Say we stopped service not lie. Don’t come here

I met a friend at this treasure. We've lived in the springs for thirty two years and have been here a long time ago. I had not been back until this friend suggested. We meet here. What a special place and so unique to colorado springs. It was the first time I ate out side and that was even more spectacular. The ambiance it's wonderful. The food it's delicious... Beautifully presented.... And made with fresh healthy ingredients.

⭐️⭐️☆☆☆ | Disappointed Experience at Margarita at Pine Creek
We recently dined at Margarita at Pine Creek for what should have been a special evening — our 10-year anniversary — but unfortunately, the experience fell short in almost every way.
To start, the food was simply mediocre at best, and for the price point, it was hard to justify. The flavors were underwhelming, the portions unimpressive, and the overall presentation lacked the finesse you’d expect from a place that positions itself as a fine dining spot.
Dessert felt like an afterthought, not something crafted with care or creativity. It was forgettable — not the kind of sweet note you want to end a celebratory meal on. The brownie resembled a dry stale box brownie mix.
The ambiance could really use an update or at the very least, a deep clean. Overall lighting and location not bad. Could be romantic if other things were fixed.
Perhaps most disappointing was the service. Our server never asked if we were celebrating anything — not a huge deal on its own, but it was our anniversary, and we would’ve appreciated a simple acknowledgment. Instead, the service felt awkward and impersonal, more like we were going through the motions than being welcomed and cared for.
There are far better restaurants in town, both in terms of food and experience, especially at this price level. Sadly, Margarita at Pine Creek did not live up to the occasion, or the bill.

We had a wonderful time from the food, service and scenery. Danny, our waiter was fantastic and same for the other waiters who helped each other out when the other was busy. Will definitely be back.

Pretty good, very small portions and you usually must have a reservation. Atmosphere and staff is very friendly. Place can get loud the acoustics are bad. I ordered the steak, would order again. Definitely recommend.

This place is such a gem! I took Donna Kay for a Mother’s Day tea - and I forgot to get pics of the cute tower of sandwiches and bakery goods. Our server was a woman, I think Dorothy, who’s been there for about 3 decades. The outside wasn’t open yet but looks amazing and they have farmers markets I’d love to go to! Support this local business (but get a reservation bc they’re BOOKED!)

Always a peaceful and positive escape from daily chaos.
Food excellently executed with an informed and pleasant staff, the wine pairings for the food we had were wonderful. We will return regularly!

3 course meal style restaurant. Everything was delicious and i appreciate they have vegetarian options. The bread and butter were delicious but they could do better in the knives as it was easier to tear the bread apart. Drinks are strong which i can appreciate. Desserts were excellent. Will be back and highly recommend.
Austin was an amazing server! The whole environment was the perfect setting for a romantic evening. The food was also some of the best I've had!
Really nice set up, lots of potential in the location, and everyone we interacted with seemed genuinely nice. We had reservations and were seated immediately.
We were sat at an intimate small table in a nook, giving a feeling of privacy which I loved. Unfortunately there was some kind of machine or generator (?) nearby that kept coming on every so often for a few minutes at a time, that was pretty distracting and fairly noisy.
The food was good quality and well prepared, though we both found it a tad under seasoned. My cocktail was amazing!
All in all it was a solid, good experience but not mind blowing to where I'd say we HAVE to go back.
This was a perfect place for my wife and I to enjoy our date night.
Fabulous evening. Cozy environs.
