This place now has a new owner. Definitely sucks and not the same as before. I ordered a Cuban sandwich and it was missing ham. Then the excuse was that the ham they ordered was never delivered. So why not tell me that sandwich is not available? No discount as well. Customer service sucks. Food took forever and we were the only ones in the restaurant. This place only stays open because of the bar. NOT LEGIT CUBAN FOOD!!!

During “night club” hours, this business is UNSAFE and completely unprofessional. One of the female security guards is rude and disrespectful for no reason. She walked up to me out of nowhere and started screaming at me, making very serious FALSE allegations towards me without any proof. Pathetic, Disgustingand Embarrassing behavior coming from a grown woman at her job. ALSO there has been many incidents like shooting’s and fights at this establishment. This business needs to improve massively and make sure it’s fun and safe for everyone at night. AND have a little more respect for the patrons that attend. I won’t be returning for a very longtime. If your looking for a fun night out, don’t come here.

The Old Havana Grill was one of my husband and I’s favorite spots in town. We catered their ropa vieja and other items for our rehearsal dinner and loved it (and my husband grew up with authentic Cuban cooking). It used to be amazing. Unfortunately, the food we got tonight at the “new” Havana was not authentic Cuban food. The Medianoche sandwich was dry, tasted like old turkey and was terrible. The ropa vieja was cold and didn’t taste like authentic ropa vieja at all. Very low quality food and insanely overpriced. Sad!

I wanted to check it out, daytime. I tried the appetizer... Fried plantain with shredded beef on top (or with shrimp is an option).I wish I'd taken a picture, The way it's played is visually impressive.I asked for sauce too. There are 2 types, Cilantro or a kind of Thousand Island. I tried both and definitely enjoyed the Cilantro best!I was told nothing here is really spicy, so I'll save this place to bring my friends who have no palate for ? lol ?. AND try it in the evening, looks like pool tables & and Karaoke ? are a fun addition to this cultural eatery!
Parking: The reason I have only 4 stars... Terrible pot holes throughout the parking lot, be careful, especially at night!

We were the only patrons there. The service was horrible. The drink that was served smelled heavily of body odor. I'm not even sure how to do that. The food took an hour to come out and was not as ordered. Save your money. Get fast food instead. For a new refurbished look the walls had damage and the paint was nicked everywhere.

On a whim & a hope that this place was open, my wife & I drove over to this great cuban restaurant / night club for dinner Sunday night. When we pulled up to the place, the lights were on & there were people inside. This place is open for business! Our excitement was met by a waiter that let us pick our seat. We headed to a corner table away from the common area, over by the pool tables. Our waiter took our order & brought chips with salsa. After some debate we decided on the Steak Cubano with Yuca Frita. We also ordered two Empanadas: one chicken & one beef. And water to drink. Starting the dinner off with chips & salsa went well with our hungry appetites. Then the Cubano & Empanadas came. We loved the flavor of the Cubano & Yuca Fritos. They accommodated my wife's dairy allergy by leaving off the cheese. I ate the Empanadas which were ok but not my thing. No doubt we came in hungy & left stuffed.
Parking: Ample parking lot. No issues finding a spot.

Thank you so much Jean piere for the wonderful experience. I loved the food and the service. Looks like a fun place to hang out as well. They have billiards, as well as music events. Pricing may seem a little high for some (normal prices these days) but they give quite a bit of food and it is filling so it balances put well. Check them out, you won't regret it.

This place was AMAZING!!!! I had never tried Cuban food before but I loved every bit of it. There's lots to see and do there. Music, dancing, sofas to hang out, games, pool. It's a great place for an individual, hang out with friends, or even a party (business or pleasure), or even with family (their kids menu is hilarius). The staff was very friendly, attentive, helpful and kept offering me different options to keep making my experience even better. There's SO MUCH to explore and like about this place that it can't be praised enough.
We loved this place! I keep trying to make excuses to stop by for another cuban sandwich. I had the yuca fritas, that were a refreshing choice instead of frend fries.

Looks like a fun place to party at. There is a dance floor, pool tables and plenty of seating.We came for lunch and the seating for the lunch crowd was smack in the middle of all this open space. So nothing cozy or romantic, just kind of awkward.Server was nice, although it did take her a while to take our order. Food took another 30 minutes plus to come out.I don't have a frame of reference as far as the authenticity of the food is concerned. I thought it was fresh and tasted good. There seemed to be some Cubans seeking out this restaurant and enjoying their food.I think it was a little high priced, considering that you are supposed to pay for the ambiance, service, food, etc. And there was nothing special about the presentation of the food or anything else I already mentioned.Would come back to see what the party life is all about here, cause it seems to be more of a club than restaurant. However, I don't see myself coming back for lunch.

First time coming here and food was very good. Clean and great service. Our server Adhemar was very attentive and provided great recommendations! We ordered the churrasco (1st pic) with yellow rice and yuca fritas, and mofongo (2nd pic) they give you your money’s worth and it is really delicious. I would definitely recommend place

Amazing food, terrible service. Went in 3 hours before a nightlife event, everyone on staff was preparing decorations and tables for the masquerade. When we got seated we got sat down with some waters and menus. The new decor looks great and we had come to this place before the ownership had changed. Prices had jumped up a good chunk, and the table area feels a bit uncomfortable. Some staff would stop by every now and then but always to ask if the food was good. Our waiter never gave us refills but this could just be due to the business of everyone throwing decorations. The food was amazing, the steak was tender and well seasoned, rice was perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection, beans tasted amazing, fries where decent, burgers where great and had a unique but pleasant flavor. My issue was with the service, we had to wait 20 min after we ordered to be told half of what we ordered was no longer available. Half of our party was stuck waiting for their dinner after re-ordering before they could eat, while the other half had to basically share their food. We where assured they would rush our order to the top but clearly this didn’t happen as we had to wait another 20 min for a burger and fries that where made wrong.
