We took two of our grandkids here and had a good time. The food was good and the atmosphere nice. The service was a bit slow, and we thought we might have 'lost' our waitress at one point.

Terrible food. I've tried this location three times. It's always low quality tasting. Fettuccine Alfredo​ is hard to mess up but it was bad. My salad was too fishy tasting. I expect anchovy taste in Caeser dressing but this was burn your pallet out level. The waitress told me to skip the minestrone soup which was disappointing. She said she had been told it was not good" today". It was a very disappointing Valentine's Day meal. The only thing I enjoyed of the entire meal was the vanilla ice cream at the end.

They shall not name this place “Italian restaurant”. They are an embarrassment to real Italian restaurants. The so called “Sicilian bread” was more like hotdog buns cut in half with cheese on top of it. Excellent customer service though.

Eh as a new Yorkers this is underwhelming and horribly over priced and I never worry about spending money on good food. They are a bit of a let down.

For whatever reason, this location's managers/staff will not set up their delivery function that would be allowed through the Spaghetti Factory APP.

While the food is good, the service is why I'm dropping this down to 1 star. It's been 6 months since I was able to place a delivery order through their app, and it's because this location chooses not to enable it (i've called and had them enable it before).

I came here with my husband for our 10th year anniversary, the food was delicious but service was pretty awful. We were served by Allison! We came here expecting an amazing experience with being when we spoke on the phone with the manager we were told it would be “made special”
The only thing that made it special was two chairs that we sat in at the end of the trolley. Would have rather went somewhere else with a better server for that important day! Saw the other reviews about Allison and couldn’t agree more. If you’re going to eat here make sure you don’t get sat in her one of her tables

I think this is a place where people go for the nostalgia and not the taste of the food ? My family gathered here for a "holiday" meet-up. I was not at all impressed with the taste of the food. The server was standoffish and at times seemed bothered to serve our table.
I sure hope I can convince the family to go somewhere else for "holiday" 2025.

Sat for 15 minutes and had at minimum 10 employees walk past including the ones that served the people on both sides of us multiple times and noone said a word to us. It was very NOT BUSY. (If it was I would have understood) So we left. All I need is a "I'll be right with you" and I'm happy. But noone even looked in our direction. Never been here before and I won't go again.
