This was our first visit to an OSF in about 40 years. This location is pretty new. It replaced a Fox & Hound that had fallen into disrepair and lost business. The inside of this OSF is beautiful. The bar is the nicest I've seen in a long time. It has an old time feel to it with beautifully engraved walnut-stained wood. The whole restaurant has this Victorian feel to it.The tables were clean and, more importantly, the salt/pepper shakers and parmesan cheese shakers were clean. I can't tell you how many times we've gone to a restaurant and there is crud on top of those shakers. OSF takes the time to make sure they are clean.The server came by after an appropriate time to look at the menu. My wife ordered a lunch spaghetti and I had Lasagna. Both came with perfectly chilled salads in a chilled bowl. Since my Lasagna is a dinner item, I also got some Spumoni afterward. The dinner also came with a nice crunchy and warm loaf of bread.We thought the prices were very good considering the ambiance, great service, and food portions. My wife's lunch spaghetti was on the small side but good for the price. For about $5 more, you get more Spaghetti and either Spumoni or Vanilla ice cream. My lasagna was large enough that I couldn't eat it all and I'm a big guy. I enjoyed it very much.We're definitely going to become regulars at this Old Spaghetti Factory. It was a great experience.Dietary restrictions: They do have a gluten-free menu available.Parking: Nice-sized parking lot with plenty of spaces.

Their water tasted like dust, which I don't even know how. Maybe their ice machine and nozzles need to be properly cleaned and sanitized or something. Everyone's food was bland. For an average of $20.00 per entree, I would have at least like to enjoy something about my meal. I left hungry.

This was our first time here, and based on this visit I would not return. We enjoyed the atmosphere, and the food was good, but the service was the worst I've personally ever experienced at a restaurant. Our waitress took our order and we didn't see her again until we were finished with our meals. It didn't seem particularly busy, but after waiting at least 20 minutes for more water, I finally had to get up and try to find some myself. I went to the bar and asked if I could please have some water, and bar tender was very unfriendly. Tried to be understanding if it was just an off night, but very disappointing.

Service and atmosphere is great. The food is subpar. Super bland, bread tasted like playdough. If seasoning upsets your stomach this is the place to eat. I definitely wouldn't call it italian food. The minestrone was the only exception. That was really good.

This place was excellent. We got to sit in this perfect size room that held a table for 8. So it made it nice and comfortable with no ambient noise. I had the Mizithra Cheese & Browned Butter spaghetti. It was really good. Too much to eat all at once. The waitress stayed on top of keeping us full of drinks. Very good service. And everybody like their food.

The BEST CAESAR'S SALAD I HAVE EVER HAD ANYWHERE. CHICKEN MARSALA WAS DELICIOUS. WAIT STAFF FROM OAHU WAS OUTSTANDING. MY RESTAURANT CHOICE OF THE YEAR. ATMOSPHERE INSIDE REMARKABLE. VERY CLEAN.

Ambiance was lovely, my waiter was lovely, BUT, as dinner was plated onto the table, the AC came on and within 5 mins my entire meal was cold. I mentioned it to the waiter about the cold blowing from the ceiling and he said I'll ask about it. He comes back and still cold, at this point I've put my jacket back on. I came to the restaurant to experience the food and ambiance. Yet sitting at the table for 40 mins helped me absorb the ambiance, but no more than 3 bites of my entrée was all I got to enjoy. The waiter came back and I spoke to him about how displeased I was over how cold my food was. He got the manager to come to the table. Well Ms.Gina, could care less. I had asked for the meal to discounted since I sat their and couldn't eat it. And she was like "WE DON'T DO THAT HERE". She did offer to remake the food. I declined, because I didn't want to wait 20 more mins. My husband and I had other plans as it was our Valentines date (we couldn't celebrate on the 14th due to work) and the manager just disregarded me like she could care less. She shouldn't be management, customers should be able to express criticism and not be blown off. She left that table so fast and I'm appalled, Ms Gina definitely NOT pleasant. Waiter again apologized for the inconvenience (again he was great).Take this for what you will but if you have any complications like I had, you won't be helped. It's a shame because it seems lovely in there.
