Super cute place. Being downtown they have zero parking unless you park on the street but that’s limited as well. The avocado toast was not the best and would recommend the sausage breakfast burrito instead. The coffee was great! But they do not have a changing table nor high chairs which is a must for me. Would be cute for a coffee date for sure.

I LOVE this coffee shop! Everything on the menus is delicious! The service is what keeps you coming back! You have a very delightful crew. They care for your customers and represent your company well! We were doing a concrete pour around the corner your sweet little employee brought a pot of coffee to my crew! They were so tickled pink you just made our day! We sure appreciate your kindness and will always support you amazing little coffee shop!

Great neighborhood cafe! Stopped here to get some work done, loved the reasonably priced coffee and snacks. Chill and casual space featuring local artists and musicians with plenty of seating.

Wonderful coffee shop. While they do have great coffee, the best part about this place is the beautiful sunny day room on the second floor with ample seating. It's a great place to go get some work done or meet up with friends. High ceilings, big windows with lots of natural light, and a but quieter than the first floor/your average coffee shop which makes it great for focusing on work. Lots of outlets available too. In terms of food: I tried one of their sandwiches one and it was decent but nothing too exciting. But the coffee, overall atmosphere, and service have always been excellent.

An awesome local coffee shop with two floors of seating, fast internet, great coffee (cappuccino) and cinnamon rolls/pastries.Very nice staff. The restaurant is very clean and well-maintained.The upstairs is large and quieter than downstairs and has plenty of natural light from all of the windows.I’ll be back the next time I need a coffee.Parking: In the morning, around 7 am, there’s plenty of meter parking available.

We tried this establishment for the first time, because of the coupon book to try small businesses, we experienced really friendly and helpful employees and very good latte's!

Major disappointment. Waited 40 minutes for our food. People who ordered 15 minutes after we did got their food before us. Gave the excuse they had a big order before us. Just admit you forgot our food. The food certainly not worth the wait.

My favorite coffee shop of all time! I love to come work on the 2nd floor because it has so much natural light from the huge windows and they have great breakfast burritos and sandwhich wraps. Sometimes I sit on the outdoor patio to enjoy the fresh air. I love the lattes, both hot and cold! There are wonderful baked goods all fresh and locally sourced and it's hard to choose, but I just recently had a candy cane scone and it's currently my favorite. Sometimes there is live music and this past Sunday, I thoroughly enjoyed the voice and guitar playing of Jasper Rose. There is an area of amazing plants for sale and I get them as gift regularly, as well as a lot of local artist's paintings, etc. for sale. The couple who own the shop are lovely, and the staff is always friendly and on the ball. I love getting my coffee in a real mug with real dishes and silverware instead of paper and plastic...and once you order, you can take a seat as they will bring it out to you! I've yet to get an adult beverage, since I'm usually working, but they sound incredible and on my radar to try soon!!Parking: I often have to park around the corner, but there are all always open spots there and its a quick walk. Make sure you have quarters if you are just running in to get a carryout because the minimum charge to your card at a meter is $1.50 for an hour.

I'm sitting here on this Sunday morning working on writing my book...the passion of my soul. The sun is shining in on me and enjoying the incredible live vocals and acoustic guitar playing of local artist, Jasper Rose. My heart is full as she sings the words of "Hallelujah" with the voice of an angel! She has no idea how much I need this today! I'm munching on a delicious candy cane scone and sipping an incredible latte! Behind Jasper is a shelf full of plants for sale, and just behind me, a display of local art for sale, as well. I will be beginning my Christmas shopping here before I leave!!! The Perk Downtown is my favorite coffee shop in all the land!! There is usually a line...but always worth the wait! The staff is always so personable and down right lovely! The owners are a sweet husband and wife and have been here for about 15 years, I believe...so I'm sure I'm not alone in my adoration! My favorite spot is upstairs with the bright daylight of huge windows all the way around. In the summer, the outdoor patio is a great way to switch it up from time to time. Oh and do try the banana bread...or the lemon scones...or the giant cinnamon buns....or the cookies lol....i've had them all and it's hard to choose for sure!!!

Cute coffee shop, love the art work on the walls. It has a 2nd floor and a balcony to hang out on. The ladies at the counter gave amazing customer service. I got a Chai Latte (Sweet) and it was delicious. Got two sausage burritos, they were alright.
