This is one of my favorite spots in the city! It's so peaceful and bright. The tea is amazing and the owner is so knowledgeable. It's definitely worth it to try a tea making class, but I always make sure to keep a stock of some of her teas. If you go in, try the white pear and lavender. If you're looking to share a cup with a friend or stock up on some tea, this is the place.

This is a gem of a tea shop in Old Colorado City. Great mixes and gift options, beautiful space to feel warm and cozy year-round.

My girlfriends and I took a trip down from Thornton area to experience the tea blending. We had a fantastic time make some amazing tea flavors and took home ingredients for some amazing teas. My daughter who lives in the Springs met us there and we all can’t stop talking about it. Can’t wait for my next trip down to get another haul of tea and herbs.

If you are a tea lover, like myself, definitely pop in and give this place a look around. I’m so excited to try the two teas I bought and I got a new T. steeper. The staff is extremely friendly and very welcoming.

I always love going to this tea shop! It’s a great environment to walk into and the staff are always kind and professional. They have great ready to go options and you can get quality ingredients if you want to make your own brew.

Took the tea blending class and it was so fun and helpful in such a lovely environment. I went home with great teas to mix with some actual knowledge!

These folks have a great selection of unique as well as standard loose leaf teas. They shop as well which is what I just opted for as I was there recently on an trip and live in MO. I just ran out and like he ones I got so much that I had to replenish my supply. Even better is that they primarily carry organic which is about all I’ll use. Highly recommended joint.

Even a spirit such as myself, drifting through the ages, can appreciate a proper cup of tea. Torianni and Rachel — angels in mortal form! — guided me through their marvelous array of leaves, herbs, and mystical blends. I must say, their knowledge rivals the finest gold mines I ever claimed!
I floated above the seating area (as one does when one is incorporeal) and observed the care, the aroma, the charm — simply divine. And do take note: a proper ghost should always support the living, and I insist you visit, sip, and indulge. Your taste buds will sparkle as bright as the silver and gold of my legendary mines!

Torianni and Rachel made my visit to The Queen's TEApothecary in Old Colorado City such a great experience. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the teas. Torianni took time to explain the different blends and helped me choose something that fit exactly what I was in the mood for.
The shop itself is cozy, elegant, and full of charm — the kind of place where you actually slow down and enjoy your tea. You can tell there’s real passion behind what they do, both in the quality of the blends and the way they treat their customers.
Old Colorado City is lucky to have this spot. I’ll definitely be back.

Sold out of a lot of tea but the dragon well hit the spot.

Located in the heart of Colorado City, this quaint little tea shop has a large variety of loose teas and gift items. You can enjoy a hot tea in the parlor—very relaxing.

I have tried a number of the different teas and infusions made by the Teapothecary, and they are all absolutely amazing! I have not had the opportunity to visit the store, I make a point to find them at the winter Artisan Market. It's definitely on my list to check out an event at their adorable shop!
I am also hooked on their chapstick!

The woman that helped me was fantastic, she was patient with me finding which herbs I needed. Such a wonderful shop!
