The is a rare gem in a busy world. Great staff, lovely inside and worth a visit for sure.

We bought 2 cups of tea to go. We didn't get the honey sticks stated on the receipt, which would make sense for it costing $3.50 a cup. We also weren't told about the 4 percent fee, I'm guessing we were charged because we used a credit card to pay?
Also, the owner (I'm guessing) was too busy taking to neighbor store, she was rushing to ring us up and she was over charging us for stuff we didn't buy.
Unfortunate experience, I've been looking for a tea room for my bridal party.

The honey sticks I was talking about, are the ones that were supposed to come with the to-go drinks (see your receipt). There weren't any at the self service counter, just like there wasn't enough water. We felt rushed when we made our first purchase. Would be nice if the pos screen states about the fee or if it's mentioned at checkout. There was a lot going on, like making sure we were charged for our correct items and as I mentioned we felt rushed at checkout.. did not see the sign. Thank you for your response. But our experience is unchanged. Good day.

My absolute favorite place to go! I love trying their new teas and the options they have for their teas-to-go is my favorite! You get to build it yourself and the staff is so helpful every step of the way. I will always recommend this store for gifts as well as a place to snuggle up with a book ❤️

Hands down my favorite tea shop/apothecary in the Springs. Beautiful space. High quality organic products. Amazing owner. Great customer service.

Walked in during a date night and was SO IMPRESSED! It was calming, smelled amazing, and had such a large selection. I loved the bulk herbs and the teas were delicious 🤤 I usually don’t go into small shops in Old Colorado City since things can be quite expensive but it was all really well priced. And they ship and have classes?? Heck yeah! Even my husband was so amazed by everything!

Mandalyn and her team are incredible! She is exceptionally kind and helpful. She assisted me with two projects, turning my vision into reality while also filling in the gaps I hadn’t considered. Working with her was a pleasure; she and her team truly go above and beyond with a personal touch. I had a fantastic time collaborating with such a wonderful person, and I look forward to partnering again in the future!

Mandalyn was the best, I came in looking for the perfect herbal tea to calm my anxiety and wind down at night. She recommends the Tulsi Ashwagandha. My sleep has been so much better and I’m ultimately happier.

The staff are just as welcoming and beautiful as the atmosphere! As an avid tea drinker, the apothecary feels like I’ve entered a world of tea magic when i step through the doors. I love the variety of gifts and unique combinations of loose leafs. The ginger lemon tea has been especially helpful for my headaches!

Visiting in from California. Decided to walk downtown and came across this store. Beautiful inside and warm-welcoming atmosphere from the owner and family. Was able to grab some tea and sit down away from loud noise outside. Hope to see this local business take off if it hasn’t already. Thank you for having us, and many blessings!

Absolutely love this place! They have so many varieties of tea. And a lot of them are excellent herbal remedies for things like anxiety, Depression, insomnia etc. I will go back here over and over again!

Went and checked out their new location, it's gorgeous! The ambience is perfection and they've done a wonderful job filling their new larger space! Grabbed some goodies.... if it's tea related they have it and it's a fantastic spot for picking up a gift for a special location. Definitely check it out!
