The infinity pool was green and full of algae during our entire stay. The resort is considerably overpriced, and customer service is non-existent. Don't waste your money. The resort does have amazing views of Pikes Peak and the Garden of the Gods as well as beautiful newly appointed rooms.

I was invited to the Grandview restaurant for a birthday party. While the venue is lovely the experience was disappointing. We were a large group and given one waiter. Service was friendly and attentive but very slow because he's only one guy. We were given a limited menu to choose from which right from the start was very disappointing. The hosts had sent us the link to the menu beforehand and I'd looked it over and chosen my meal, mostly based on price. Even the hosts weren't informed of the limited menu. This was a Dutch treat party and I'm not rich like the members of this establishment. My chosen entree was not included of course. Luckily a likeminded friend was willing to split a meal. We chose the Caesar salad ($14) and Chicken Parmesan ($33). The salad was really good!! The Peruvian peppers were so good. Then about an hour later we got our entrees. They split our meal (for a charge which was not stated anywhere on the menu!). Let me tell you, this chicken parm was an abomination to chicken parm. I've had better food on an airplane! It was edible but lukewarm and unflavorful. A pedestrian, childish, pre-breaded version. If there really is a bonafide chef he should be ashamed to serve this, honestly. The pasta was cool and the sauce was worse than Ragu. No seasoning at all. It had no body to it. It was tomato water. Now I know this is not an Italian restaurant but if you're going to charge $33 for something it better damn well be good. Especially if it's one of the few items you're offering for a group. Several in our party ordered it so it wasn't like they made just one. Chicken Parmesan at Paravincini's is only $25 and it's amazing AND it comes with a salad included! Charging $47 for this meal is ridiculous and pretentious. I mean Olive Garden would have been better. The restaurant did allow the hosts to provide their own cake. It had already been sliced by the bakery. The waiter brought the cake, we sang, and the staff took it back to put slices on the paper plates the host had brought. It took probably 20 minutes for them to put 20 pieces of cake on plates and serve. I don't know why because we the only people in there by this point. If you must eat here, go before sunset, enjoy the view, have the Caesar salad and that's it. I paid $38 for 1/2 a salad and 1/2 an entree! This place exists only for the people staying here and those who don't know better. I doubt very many locals eat here, and definitely not more than once. Never again for me. A couple dinner mates ordered the steak at $45. Neither was cooked to order and were overdone. Another ordered the Bolognese and said it was nothing to write home about. I'm sure none of us will ever eat there again. There are so many much better restaurants in Colorado Springs. Desserts for $16? C'mon man!

We enjoyed our dinner at the Grand View at the Garden of the Gods Resort in Colorado Springs. We had made a reservation via Open Table (reservations are highly recommended). My wife and I found the menu selections to be more than enough for our tastes. Peter was our server and shared information about several menu items as well as keeping us informed about our meals. Food was excellent. We both agreed this was overall an excellent dining experience. Highly recommend.

great spot with a view. I had the chicken parm which was awesome wife had the steak and frites. Colors light and rose wine but the spot. London was fantastic, Peter gave us some fun facts about pikes peak!

The Garden of the gods and The Garden of the gods resort is a magical place and I would 100% revisit the resort. Now, the Grand View restaurant I would only visit for drinks and possibly the breakfast and most definitely the View. I detest how the food quality doesn't even; not even close; match the service or the environment. We visited the restaurant 3 times during our stay at the resort. 1st visit.. I personally had the Grand view omelette(it was ok) 2nd visit.. I personally had the French toast and salad (it was good) Final visit was for dinner.. Our family of four had the kids steak, (2)steak&frites, and a Cobb salad w/steak The steak was horrible. Not one of us could even force ourselves to eat it, considering the price. We all took a few bites and left it. The steak was literally old, unflavored and overcooked (we all asked for medium well temp). I'm not sure what is going on in the kitchen. Maybe they ran out of fresh meat or they just had a really bad cook. I don't want to take away from the service. The servers were great and very friendly. Although, the kitchen and food quality need some major attention. The food needs to live up to its hefty price and resort's reputation.

Wonderful atmosphere. Our server was wonderful and for my wife and I we spent $200 with tip. Reasonable prices for what we got, everything was perfect. We scheduled it perfectly to watch sunset over the Garden of the Gods.

This is our second time staying here. 2 years ago, the meals were fantastic. This was our third meal this time and each of them were disappointing. Last nights portobello burgers were inedible. Service was fair, at best. Overall, very disappointed in our dining experiences.

Me and my fiance had an amazing time I would definitely recommend going here for a nice date. The waiters were absolutely nice and understanding with everything. We got in earlier than we reserved for and they didn't even make us wait! We got seated straight away and had a beautiful set up waiting for us.

Beautiful breathtaking view the food was good, kind of noisy but moderately nice service was wonderful. Went for a birthday just wish there was more on menu for brunch. But overall it was good.

The Grand View was a beautiful restaurant. From the food - absolute brunch perfection, to the harpist creating a beautiful soundscape, to the view of a freshly dusted Pike's Peak and Garden of the Gods - the Grand View earned it's name with ease. Choosing what to have for brunch was a difficult task. Our server, Sean, was excellent. I would highly recommend The Grand View restaurant to anyone. Between the food and the view, it's worth stopping in for an experience.

Friendly greeting from the valet and hostess; however, we waited 10 minutes to be seated beyond our reservation time. Servers were prompt, friendly, and attentive throughout. Food portions were perfect, but my steak lacked a bit of flavor. It wasn't a bad steak, but wasn't as good as one would expect at a nice restaurant. Overall, the experience was ok.

Roasted spaghetti squash was fantastic and the onion soup is remarkably good. Venue with overlook of Garden of the Gods makes this a memorable visit regardless of what you pick from the menu

The place is absolutely stunning!! Wow Service was ok as I believe they forgot to enter our order as it took over 30 minutes for a burger. They made it right for the wait and gave us a discount. Overall, it was really good!

It's in general About this place . They do care less and less about OPEN TABLE diners ... No one gets back after requesting some answers The reservation manager doesn't even bother to call back ever . We are business people and entertain every week a few times and were thinking becoming a member but won't do that now . After COVID they had to open up the restaurant for general public and we were good enough . Now business is picking up and they show that we are not welcome as much anymore . What a shame Very disappointing
