Amazing. Where has this been all my life. Almost deducted for ketchup that is not Heinz but I'll let it slide. 11/10
Got it to go it was a sloppy mess
Absolutely hands down the most disgusting burger I have ever had. Greasy, sloppy mess! The bottom bun was soggy from all the grease, the presentation was not pleasing, we were visiting from Houston and thought we’d try this place but what a total disappointment it was. I wouldn’t eat here if it was free. The fries were gross and tasted like they were sitting out for awhile.

It's good if you're looking for a messy burger. The tables were all dirty and sticky. Exactly as you would find at a hole-in-the-wall dive place. Pretty decent overall. 7/10.
The skirted burgers are fun and incredibly delicious

I love burgers and when I saw the reviews of this place claiming the best burgers in the area. I had to give it a shot and I will never return and I strongly disagree with the people saying this was a great burger.
The good : The atmosphere was great, the service was good. The fountain soda is great. Seems like they would do great with a drive through. I got lots of caramelized onions on my burger. They use cheddar cheese instead of american! The garlic focaccia buns were a great idea.
Now the bad : Both burgers we had gotten were burnt, I personally couldn't finish eating mine. We got a custom and a classic burger, the customs patty was definitely looked thinner then its counterpart more like smash burgers then real burgers. Unfortunately due to it being burnt the most flavor I got was out of the caramelized onions. The fries which had to be purchased separately, were also over cooked but limp and almost soggy. Given we walked outside the restaurant and did not go far walked like 100ft from the building sat down and ate outside.
Conclusion : We personally will not be returning in the future. Overcooked and a little overpriced.

Bread buns are fresh and the patty are flavorful and juicy. Their fries are on the next level as well.
It wasn’t great. The bun seemed stale, the meat was way overcooked. The fries were good.

Finally I got to try this place, and I was so disappointed. Extremely small place, almost impossible to find a table. Prices are high, but we are downtown so whatever. We waited a long time to get our food, and again that's fine. When we got the food, that's when the disappointment begins. My burger was completely wet and soggy, almost impossible to eat from the water coming out, and so messy! The sweet potato fries were black and tastes burned. I always eat my fries, but I couldn't finish them. My husband's burger was fine, the fries were very mid.
We are definitely not coming back. Not even worth paying for the parking. So disappointed.
