Great bread selection. They have a reduced price bread table too. I bought a great tasting bread for only 1.75. Nice business. Suggestion: maybe have a little coffee area for people to sit with their bought tasty snacks.

Walk in and smell the love that goes into the products in this bakery! I was completely impressed by the variety of different breads, sweet treats and misc goodies available in the store! I was privileged to try their blueberry coffee cake and it was a heavenly addition to my morning! I would love to see their bread in more businesses around the city - they offer whole sale and I was busy imagining the flavor combinations that could be created across the city/state in different pubs, cafe's, lunch hotspots... So many sandwiches could be made better with this amazing, local bread!!! Good job Shawn and Team! You're Best of the Springs for a reason! You even have me dreaming of how I can try to make a loaf myself! INSPIRATIONS!

I don't buy bread anywhere else now. My favorites are the 15 grain sourdough and rosemary garlic! They both make the best grilled cheese. The 15 grain w/ pb and banana or apple is a breakfast go-to for me!

Came across this at a pop up farmers market lastnight. I saw the sourdough loaves and immediately purchased one it is amazing truly a well made bread!!!! I then got some tomatoes and chilis at the next tent over and had me a veggie sourdough sandwich omg so tasty I need more!!! I just wish they had more dessert options with no sugar or maybe a sugar substitute I saw they had these nut chewy bars I wanted one so bad but I can’t have sugar bummer but the bread made up for it thank you!!!!!

They were at Woodland Park Farmer's Market and we purchased the Brioche Kaiser buns. We used them as hamburger buns. They held together amazing and were delicious. Definitely will freeze what we didn't eat to have later!

My husband and I shared a delicious vegan pizza here recently! Everything was delicious and the we were so impressed with the huge selection of sourdough loaf flavors available! This place is so special, and the ladies running the place were both really lovely.
