Def recommend renaming. Food looked tasty but when I asked the relationship or support to the Ute tribe (since the name) they said there wasn’t any…not even a donation. With how many places in this town improving Native relations I thought this would be the same due to name change but sadly no.

I was staying at the Hyatt around the corner and was recommended by a friend to go here. I got the harvest bowl and added chicken. This came with a white apple cider vinaigrette which I was surprised by the color but tasted amazing. They provided a lot and I personally only used half then mixed everything together and 🤌🏼. Service was super quick and checked in on me a few times throughout to make sure I didn’t need anything else and that everything was okay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone in the area and would love to go back again to try the sandwiches which looked great and the entire place smelled amazing with everyone’s food.

After your fingertips are raw from slipping off that dyno at the climbing gym, when your leg shakes like Elvis on the rock wall - you may just need some quality grub at Utes. (Climbing skills not required). Great vegan options as well as carnivorous options too.

My family order take out and it was ready when we got there. And we only took about 5 minutes to get there. The grilled cheese and tomato basil soup is so good.

We had a small adult birthday celebration here and it was wonderful! Food was delicious and the staff member, Kyle was really friendly and attentive. We had a great time and our guests were glad to bring home some leftovers. Many thanks to Heather and Kyle for making this happen.

The food and atmosphere were excellent. I asked for ice to put in my lukewarm water and was told “we don’t have enough ice for everyone”. Excuse me, you are a restaurant. You should have ice on hand especially if you knew in advance 60 travelers were visiting your establishment.

The food is always very good here IMO. it is not a fancy place but you wouldn’t know it by the menu offerings.

Recommended dishes: Wild Mushroom Ravioli

Stopped in for some “smoothies” however these are clearly powder packets mixed with a splash of almond milk and ice. Terrible consistency and flavor. No strawberries and bananas were harmed in the making of the smoothies, obviously.

A rotating beer menu that's expertly curated, absolutely amazing food (try literally anything. It's all phenomenal.), top tier service and attention, right in Downtown, and there's a climbing gym attached. How this place doesn't have a perfect 5.0 is beyond me.
This is still true. Just not as often. Only weekdays after 4.

The UTE is not as available as The Ute and Yeti.
Disappointed I can't take my family there on a Saturday.
4 stars for when they open.

Update: thanks for your reply. Luckily, it’s a free country and a free market- consumers can go where they please at the same time as you can run a business the way you want. That said, if you charge the same service charge on every ticket, this is simply a way to conceal it. To be honest: include it in the price of the item. Instead of trying to make your customer an unintentional benefactor of your employees, you can take some responsibility. Additionally: address the fact that tips are based on this auto gratuity and after tax? Unreal

Food good, portions meager. Tip options are based on after-tax. Undisclosed is the extra gratuity: “kitchen living wage”. We get it, just be upfront and honest.
