I was staying at the Hyatt around the corner and was recommended by a friend to go here. I got the harvest bowl and added chicken. This came with a white apple cider vinaigrette which I was surprised by the color but tasted amazing. They provided a lot and I personally only used half then mixed everything together and 🤌🏼. After your fingertips are raw from slipping off that dyno at the climbing gym, when your leg shakes like Elvis on the rock wall - you may just need some quality grub at Utes. (Climbing skills not required). Great vegan options as well as carnivorous options too.
We had a small adult birthday celebration here and it was wonderful! Food was delicious and the staff member, Kyle was really friendly and attentive. We had a great time and our guests were glad to bring home some leftovers. Many thanks to Heather and Kyle for making this happen.
