Excellent coffee and always a variety of gluten free items - baked goods and meals. Lots of cozy seating including couches.

Great spot to relax and enjoy

This is a great place, good selection of food and drink, lovely staff, good environment. I give three stars bc many of the tables are SO wobbly. I don’t usually leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I switched tables four times to find one that didn’t wobble. I normally don’t mind a wobble but boy howdy were these moving and grooving. It made it very difficult and frustrating to work. Management, please for the love of coffee fix the wobbly tables they are truly wildin, it shows lack of care for the place and customer.

i’ve been enjoying third space for years now and their friendly atmosphere and talented baristas never fail to impress! Dylan makes the best drinks, food, and always puts a smile on my face.

Nice setting for all ages. Good prices and a good variety of coffees. Cold or hot. Sandwich 🥪 was good but the edges toasted a bit much making it somewhat dry. Made me cough and felt it in my throat.

Had a great experience here with barista Lilly - (I didn’t know they roasted their own beans 🤩) and ended up with a great Americano and a quiche to end all quiches!! Thank you for making work less humdrum.

I absolutely love Third Space. I stop in for work and networking meetings as well as personal down time. They have a lot of room to spread out, and the GLUTEN FREE options are DELICIOUS. Lilly and Gus are so helpful and thorough. (I declined a food item recommendation based on a previous experience and they insisted on making it right even after the fact) 10 stars!!

Food is so so yummy! A littleeee bit pricey but worth it. Lilly is the best and makes the best hot chocolate too:) It’s also big enough to not ever feel crowded or too loud either.

Gourmet quality baked goods made in-house. Prices kinda reflect this, but as long as you know this going in, you won't mind. Staff is exceptional, across the board. Yesterday Shanna made fresh Mosaic drip (top notch) for me, remembered it was for me, and brought it with the oat milk carton for me to add the amount I wanted. Impossible to beat that kind of kindness.

Tried the chai tea today and it was the best chai tea I've ever had...very spicy which I ve been looking for. And the pastries look heavenly! This coffee shop is where I'll be visiting from now on.

Definitely gets five stars ! It was a very nice cozy environment. The staff were very friendly, the tea was very tasty, and the prices were reasonable. I had a simple chamomile tea and it was delicious. The best part was that they even offered to give us a pup cup for the dog.

The space is fantastic—plenty of stylish couches and tables that make it a great spot to hang out or relax. Unfortunately, I had an issue the day I was there and left disappointed. The shop responded to my review and gave me a refund, which was completely unexpected and deeply appreciated. I updated my rating to five stars—exceptional customer service is rare, and any business that puts its customers first has earned my loyalty. I’ll definitely be back!
