Rude and impolite staff in a dirty vibe with bad food are just a few reasons why I hate this place

Food was excellent!!! Got take out. 5/5 stars for that! ZERO STARS for the psycho lady that grabbed napkins out of my hand and removed the rest off the counter saying there are plenty of napkins in your bag.

Although the food and service were good, after tipping 24%, realized once we got home there was another almost 18% charged as a “back of house fee” which did not show up until AFTER our card was charged, not itemized nor disclosed. So they got 42% on our bill. Apparently this is becoming more of a thing and something I will definitely be hyper aware of going forward 😠😡🤬 Due to this we won’t be back.

Great food and a fun story behind it. I had the fish and chips and couldn’t finish it with how full I was 🤤. Definitely going back for nerd night.

Finding parking was difficult. The location is clean outside and inside. We were assisted immediately. The prices are high, but you get a lot of food in return. The food was amazing. Highly recommend getting a burger. Overall, it's a great place!

The atmosphere was an authentic blend of modern and saloon. The live music was just the right level, and it was relaxing! Nice date spot for a lny couple.

Cool, old bar/restaurant on the "West Side" aka "Old Colorado City" the staff make the place come alive, and the foods pretty good too! It's not a "standout" but it's been around for AWHILE...late 70's, I believe, though pretty confident that it's "changed hands" at LEAST once since then. Cool little upstairs area, place seems to have a decent following/crowd...not a drinker so never really been there "late night". LOVE THE STAFF THO! Kirsten & Cameron have always taken great care of us, but ALL of them are helpful & curteous!

Parking: Paid parking lot in back, you can enter thru back door, a little tough to find back door...look for a signs on light colored building (when entering from back parking lot) multilevel. Not terrific lighting or area for single women late at night!

This place doesn’t open the pool Hall during the day, and that is not stated anywhere! Drove 20 mins down just to go elsewhere.

It's getting really expensive to eat out these days. We had some french fries, Chicken Strips, a SW Caesar Salad w/shrimp and two margaritas. While the service was good our bill with tip was almost $100!!
The french fries tasted like fish, the chicken was so brown it looked burnt. I think they need to change the oil in the fryer. The caesar salad was mostly lettuce which was wet. Maybe a tablespoon of black beans and a tablespoon of corn. The tortilla strips are just blah. I asked for the shrimp to be cooked thoroughly and they arrived stone-cold. Not impressed this time which was really disappointing because we had a wonderful dinner here on their crab leg special night about a year ago.

Vegetarian options: Seems like everything is fried in the same oil...

I'm impartial because this place is a part of my history in Colorado, but the food is good and the place is charming, quaint, classic, perfect. Grab a beer, have some food and come with friends! Trust me, you'll love it.
Crispy Brussels and French dip were fantastic.
Crank Yanker IPA (probably the first draw) a tad flat but still okay.
