The service was outstanding. The staff was extremely friendly. I personally thought the menu was a bit limited and bougie. 🙂 But the food was absolutely delicious. The ambiance was minimalist and industrial.

One of my longtime favorites from when it first opened years ago. I was pleasantly surprised to see the same timeless décor still intact. The food is good, and I believe it will only continue to improve. This place has the potential to become the best dining experience on this side of town — and let’s be honest, east Colorado Springs has been craving more fine dining options. I truly wish them the best and hope they can keep the momentum going. It’s a great spot that deserves a strong show of support from the community.

It was my first time coming in and I had a great time. Our bartender Carlos was exceptional, a very kind person, very knowledgeable about the drinks; we will for sure coming back. Also he mentioned the wine place next to it vine and wheel, we are definitely checking the place soon! Thank you so much!

Excellent food choices, Meghan was great server, helpful and very attentive. Had artichoke, very good but was smaller (maybe time of year). I had duck confit pasta, and my wife had braised short rib pasta, both flavorful and good portion. Will definitely be back

The wait staff was excellent, my only complaint was the appetizer. I would not recommend the grilled asparagus. It is not steamed prior to be being grilled and is equivalent to chewing on a corn husk.

Wonderful consistent staff and dining experience. Menu changes often enough to have variety and elements of surprise in each visit. If you haven't been, don't hesitate to let them impress you.

Went in with my family for a birthday dinner. The service was outstanding. The staff was able to handle our food allergies without issue. Our server was there for our every need and communicative without being intrusive. To share, we ordered the artichoke appetizer, the cornbread appetizer, the beet salad, and the seasonal watermelon salad. I'll preface with stating that I LOVE artichokes. These were perfectly steamed and served as two halves on the plate. The real star was the herby aioli sauce. Similar to a bearnaise herby, but in aioli form. The cornbread is another sleeper hit. Incredibly airy and sweet. This could be eaten as cake with a scoop of vanilla. Both the beet and watermelon salads were tasty. If you could only choose one, go for the seasonal watermelon. Perfect flavors for the summer heat. My entree was the Beef Short Rib Stroganoff with Garlic and Herb gnocchi. It was absolutely amazing! The gnocchi were cloud-like soft pillows of pasta in a light mushroom sauce, with a dollop of creamy, whipped ricotta. The ricotta had a very slight citrus finish. Not to be left out, the beef short rib was fall-apart tender and delicious. The flavors melded nicely, without any overpowering. The other entree I tasted was the Pork Osso Buco. Fall apart tender with good flavor. However, too spicy for my tastes (for reference, I don't eat spicy food). Hands down, the Beef Short Rib Stroganoff is the way to go. For the birthday person, the server brought a large wooden board decorated with a chocolate Happy Birthday, and dessert of choice. A nice personal touch. Highly recommend The Till Bistro, and looking forward to returning!

Food selections and bar service are always excellent. Enough rotating menu and wine by the glass choices to help keep things interesting along with standard menu. Our food server Katie is always cheerful and attentive while managing the table efficiently.

It's so nice to finally have a place that is multifaceted, looks upscale enough to be fancy but is relaxed enough to have outdoor play areas for everyone. Donuts, pizza and then fine dining with excellent drink menu... What more could you ask for?

Amazing experience. Food was innovative and Oh So Yummy!. Joseph, our server was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and very personable. Quiet and comfortable atmosphere. Will definitely be back.
