Unfortunate experience this go around and have been to the Till many times and have not been disappointed. This was a very different experience and we went to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary as this is one of our favorite restaurants in the city but we're saddened by the food and experience. Never had a mention of our anniversary as it was asked when we made our reservation or asked if we were celebrating anything special. My Wife's salmon was overcooked and previously asked by our waiter last week how she wanted it prepared and this time not asked. She had so much abdominal discomfort on the way home and after her meal. Coffee we ordered with desert was decaf and tasted instant. Hoping this was a fluke and may have been related to the chefs working on Sunday. Our waitress was overall accommodating except offered no apology for overcooked salmon and only said she would let the cook/chef know. I'm hoping this is a fluke night but not sure we are gonna give it another chance.
Overall good quality and good service. Higher cost for serving size than I remember but still we will be back!
My steak was very undercooked and for the dollar amount spent I expected to have little to no fat. It was very fatty and the fries were overly seasoned. Just didn't think the amount spent match the value of the food. Service and drinks were good.
We had a fabulous dinner and wonderful time. Confirmed table dishes were lovely and the staff was fantastic.
My wife and I really enjoyed this restaurant. Everything was delicious and cooked perfect.
Fantastic food. Presentation and taste was fabulous. Joseph was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and gave us great advice. He was also very friendly and personable.
100% the opposite of Denver in every way. We made a Saturday night reservation 24 hours in advance.
Great starters - Caesar salad and truffle fries, followed by shrimp carbonara. Chef split the salad and entree with no extra charge.
Always amazing! Ryan was extra kind this evening. Food is great and service is amazing!

Dinner for eight on 12/22. Some dishes (the yak burger and salmon) were mediocre. The rest.... inedible. Two of us had the Pho ravioli, and there was so much salt that we could not finish even half of the dish. The Stroganoff was gummy and under-seasoned. The trout filet was undercooked and approximately 3 ounces of fish. Finally, the strip steak was grey on the outside, obviously not seared, and rubbery.
When asked about the delay in service (we saw our server only to take the order and to deliver the food), he stated, "I'm sorry, there are only three of us here."
This is not the Till of old. We were disappointed with the service but downright disgusted by the food.

Our favorite date night in Colorado Springs. The chefs here (Brian and Tim) are culinary artists, and the staff always takes care of us (Joseph, Emilio, Nolan). Thank you guys for an incredible dining experience and a warm welcome every time we are in. - The

Till is a wonderful spot for an elevated dinner, craft drinks and wine. They have refined their bar program and have excellent bartenders such as Joseph and Luke! Managers are also a delight, and service flows well. They can accommodate larger parties and even reserve a private room if that suites your fancy. Whether I am just getting a drink with small bites or having a full dinner, it's always a pleasure to visit.

We were in town for vacation and decided to check this place out one evening. It was so good that we went back the evening after! Our waiter, who was the bartender (forgive me, I forgot his name) was absolutely fantastic! He waited on us both times we dined and it was nothing short of exceptional.
Now, the food! Every item we ordered was amazing! The first night we got their bread service and the burrata appetizer, beef stroganoff with gnocchi, lobster ravioli and toffee cake for dessert. Everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection! That was the best toffee cake I’ve ever had by far. The second night we got bread service again, spinach and artichoke dip (the best I’ve ever had), beef stroganoff again (it was that good), burrata and truffle gnocchi, a side of mac and cheese, a side of smashed potatoes, and the profiteroles for dessert. Once again, everything was absolutely perfect & I was in shock with how consistently flavorful everything was. They even comped my dessert for my birthday!
This is a must-visit restaurant if you’re ever in the downtown Colorado Springs area. Thank you all so much for two fabulous dinners!
