So sad to see this place go and turn into another brewery. Great vegan options! Pizza and wings are so good.
Tried the Xktoberfest and Duderonomy. Both were good. Bar tender was very friendly. Food was good but it was very slow to come out. We were there for an early lunch. Would go back.
Love this place come here a lot with friends to just hang out or my wife for a night out without the kiddos. I love the vibe when you walk in super cool arch covered with books, mugs, and fun art and just an over all a relaxing environment. I also love the Irish stout and the food is great as well don’t let the naysayers keep you from trying. It’s my go too!
Good food, great ambience.
Thanks for lending us your space and letting us in early and doing our meeting.
Great food, great staff!
The pizza was amazing and the service was top. Would suggest for any occasion. Thanks from the vivint crew
Omg I can't believe I found a bar in Colorado Springs to watch my beloved packers too watch!!! Go Pack Go!!!
Enjoyed the goat cheese & beet salad. Love the outdoor seating. Food a long time to come out and the restaurant was not busy.
I've been going to Trinity for 5+ years when I moved to the Springs and there has been a major decline over the last year at both this location and the Forge location (which is closing by the end of the year). All of the beers have a funky/sour/off taste. The pizzas are all over the place consistency wise--burnt or not all the way cooked through. I love having the brewery as a low-key alternative to Redleg, but the consistency issues and sour beer are going to keep me away. They need to dial in their beer offerings and truly nail a few of them.

Support your local brewery, please.
This location of TBC hosts the Springs Contemporary Big Band on Wednesdays, so we stopped by for a listen and a beer.
So. Many. Stouts. We were in heaven and each ordered a flight. New favorite brews on deck.
In addition to the beer, TBC offers cocktails, a food menu including vegan options.
Sadie our bartender patiently explained all eight choices for our flights. She’s a good egg.
TBH no indoor space seems to be large enough to house the SCBB - we sat at the bar in an adjacent space bc it’s just a lot to be in the same enclosed space with them - but they’re so darn good.
Support local bands, please.
It’s cosy season so we’ll likely be back to sample more (one ear saison, perhaps) delicious beers and I encourage you to do the same.
I’m a long-time customer and held my wedding reception here.
Tonight was the second time I placed a delivery order through their “preferred service” and only got one of my meals.
On my receipt, someone crossed off the missing meal and nobody notified me that there would be an issue.
40 minutes later my wife and I have half our dinner and I’m left to figure out an alternative. What a disappointing downward trend in service and dedication to your craft.
We had family in town, decided to try Trinity before heading to GOTG,s park. It was a great experience, my Mother has a lot of dietary restrictions, always a nerve racking experience, but not this time. She had the smoked chicken salad and loved it. The Reuben, fried chicken sandwich and wings were excellent as well. Kudos to the service as well. Thank you Trinity.
Great food and amazing beer! The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. Tons of seating indoors and outside tables as well. Service was quick and friendly.
Definitely would recommend!
Horrible service. Will not return
