Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Smoothies have too much ice and not enough flavor. Willing to give better review if you fix this

I’ve ordered three different smoothies with them and they are each a different consistency and two of them I couldn’t even finish. One girl is making three smoothies at a time and having to Add water and re-blend some just to get them out of the blender. Smoothies should be a smooth, rich consistency and taste like fruit, not fruit flavored ice.

Ladies were very chatty and disengaged when taking my order which caused my food to be made incorrectly. Additionally, was not mindful of the my time as I was the only one in there and took a while to get my order completed

From the moment we walked in, the customer service was awful. Abigail took our order, but no one acknowledged us or even greeted us as we entered. She then walked up to the counter while still chatting with her co-workers. As she started making our smoothies, she stood there watching something on her co-worker’s phone, and the third employee was sitting in the back on his phone. To top it off, they messed up the labels on the drinks. Normally, a small mistake like that wouldn’t be a big deal, but the overall lack of attention to detail and the rude service made the entire experience unpleasant. Because of this, we won’t be returning.

Let me just start this review off by saying tropical smoothie cafe is literally my favorite place to eat and drink. I rarely have issues regardless of which location i'm dining at.

I went in tonight at around eight p m, i ordered the same thing I always do - the nutella acai bowl substitute both the bananas and blueberries for pineapple

The cashier repeated my order back to me including the substitutions, and still failed me. In addition to not removing the bananas, she forgot to put the strawberries and coconut flakes. And she was a little bit snobby as well. Next time, I'll go out of my way to go to the location off marksheffel .

It was nice

The last two times I've been here, my order has been incomplete. The first time, I got home before realizing and used the complaint form to try to resolve it but never got a response. The second time, I went in to get my missing items but realized they also put tomatoes on my order after getting home although I ordered it without.

Always rude service, never smile and make you feel like they are doing you a favor. Went there again today to get 2 smoothies and the girl who waited on me was totally rude. This establishment needs to train their employees to be friendly. The Tip prompt on the POS is a joke. Really a Tip for rudeness? I dont think so! Its ashamed because the smoothies are good. But be prepared to be belittled.

I’ve been coming here for years and have always thoroughly enjoyed the Hummus Veggie wrap. It was always full of rice, black beans and veggie goodness. However, the last 3 times I’ve come it has lacked the rice and black beans. It’s basically just lettuce and hummus now and far less filling (it’s even lacking the pickled red onions). Staff is great, and I’m sure this change has come from the higher ups, but it’s super disappointing. Doubt I’ll be back again 😔

Have only had smoothies here. Not any food items... the few different kinds I have had were all tasty! A bit pricey but what isn't these days..
Last weekend I completely spilled an untouched smoothie getting in the car :(
The young lady was so nice about it and remade it- no charge! Thank you!!

The smoothies are so refreshing and the wraps are fresh and very flavorful . The employees are very nice and friendly! I'll be back.

I always love going here for a smoothie and breakfast items. The staff is always super quick with having my order ready when I order on the app. But I got the açaí bowl for the first time yesterday and kinda disappointed that it was frozen… Out of all the other smoothie/juice spots here in town, they’ve NEVER served a frozen açaí bowl. So that really caught me off guard and upset because that was my first meal of the day, but I couldn’t eat it for about another 1-2 hours. I put it on my dashboard to try to melt it faster. Once it was loose enough to finally eat, it was good.
