If I could put zero stars I would. Customer service here at the academy location has been straight garbage for me.I’ve come in here about 4-5 times. I was never greeted. Employees just stand at the register staring at me until I begin to order. I believe all customers no matter the race should be treated equally. I don’t like feeling uneasy when all i’m trying to do is get my family and I smoothies.

I had a craving for a smoothie & right there was the Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Done. Nothing over the top, just darn good smoothies of all kinds. Absolutely tasty & not expensive. Going back!

Ordered online via door dash. Ordered edible straw with smoothie. They changed for edible straw. They then give me two REGULAR straws instead of the edible one i asked for. Lazy at its best.

the employees weren't very friendly and not very helpful for a first time buyer... do not recommend. no friendly conversation or greeting. they seemed annoyed we were there even tho we were there at a reasonable eating hour. there at 6 when closing is at 9

My wife asked for a smoothie and she is in the hospital and can't eat right now. I mentioned which fruit she likes to the staff and they make a recommendation which my wife loved. So much so that the next day she asked for another one. That second trip I spoke to the same employee, didn't get his name, but he was super friendly and kind she wished the best for my wife. Thank you to the bearded man who was so helpful! I'm sorry I didn't get your name.

After reading some recent reviews, I was a little nervous to come this morning, knowing I didn't have the patience to tolerate bad service. This was my first time here, and Cooper was just awesome! I was greeted immediately, he was ready to take my order asap, but when I wasn't ready, he was happy to answer my menu questions. He was extremely kind and friendly, and my interaction with him was a great start to my morning. I run 3 restaurants, so I'm always looking for amazing service workers, and Cooper is definitely someone I would want on my team. I will definitely be back for morning smoothies and will have to bring my husband to try the food.

Really good food and smoothies. Staff was ok. They were really busy so kind of ignored us. Wish they had a more centralized location.

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch flatbread no tomato which the employee repeated back to me. I was instead given a flatbread with no bacon and with tomatoes.
