Smoothies aren't half bad. Acai bowls are TERRIBLE. Not fresh at all. The freezer urnt avai bowl gets topped with frozen (NOT FRESH as advertised) fruit. You can basically get the same thing in the freezer section at Walmart. Would NOT recommend.

I have never had any issues at this location. The smoothies and bowls always come out great. My girlfriend and I both really enjoy going here for after dinner desserts.

Would give this location 0 stars if i could. I wish I took a picture of the bowl I was given. When I went in and asked for a refund I got laughed at and told they were unable to refund the money I just paid them due to a manager not being there. A store that is able to take my money should be able to refund it back when the purchase was made 5 minutes ago. I had to get the police on the phone for them to even remake the bowl because the lady refused and told me I needed to leave because I was being “rude”. When she finally remade the bowl, I was told I’m banned from this location. Get better management and employees that know customer service.

I go to this tropical smoothie at least one to two times a week. Most of the time they are great but more and more often lately they have been messing up my order.

I always get a chocolate and banana smoothie with pea protein, so PB Cup without the peanut butter. And it's a good thing I don't have a peanut allergy with the way they will just give me a PB Cup smoothies. Even when I confirm when ordering that it is just a chocolate and banana smoothie.

Today they once again handed me a PB Cup so I gave it back and told them again that it was supposed to be a chocolate and banana smoothie. Usually they get it right when they remake it but today when they gave me my remade smoothies it is now just chocolate and peanut butter with no banana.

Thank goodness for my Thai chicken wrap and it was delicious, because I was not wasting more time waiting for them remake and mess up my smoothie yet again. I do not understand why this seems to be so difficult for them. I think I will have to find a new smoothie place since this one is just getting worse.

There was a price discrepancy between their menu and the register when they ringed us up. It ended up increasing the price of our meal by nearly 20% and the employees did not care or act like it was a problem. The food is great but that’s a pretty big deal to us.

We order bowls from here at least twice a week. We get the Bahama Mama, the Acai and the Greek Yogurt bowls. The last two orders (4 bowls) were literally soup. These were today, Sept 13 and on Sept 10th. I don’t understand how or why they were watery when none of the other bowls were like these. They also don’t follow the customization requests. I ask for no banana and guess what I get every time. Not ordering from here again.

I thought the smoothie was ok but it has a weird soap/perfume aftertaste. It might have been the soap detergent. I don't think it was worth nearly $10 and trying to find another place that sells good smoothies.

Heyyy this place right here my man!!!! Has the best customer service and delicious food! It doesn't matter which location you go to they are both FIRE!!! I mean the chicken pesto flatbread oooooowhheeewww babyyy! And the chipotle chicken wrap!!!??? Come ON now it's just too GOOD to be true and I'm black where seasoning is my middle name and baaabbbyyyyy when I tell you every sandwich or wrap you get or even a smoothie is straight bussin okay! No cap ALLL FACTS. It's so good I have to eat the whole menu just to figure out what I don't like and I haven't found not one item I absolutely do not like. It's crazy!
