honestly all the meats were overcooked. the steak is incredibly chewy and not good. the salmon was overcooked and the fried fish was cold and soggy. buffet was ok but probably wouldn’t come here again.

We’ve had mixed experiences here in the past, however, today made up for the less than great experiences. Literally, every employee we came in contact with today was super friendly and super service oriented. Today the manager was even out on the floor checking with guests. The staff put on fresh gloves over and over again, making clean and sanitary food handling and preparation a priority . I hope they keep up this new level of quality and service. Food is delicious and something for almost anyone’s taste.

Tucanos COS was a very enjoyable experience. As a basically first-timer, it was great to see the place everyone had been raving about. The highlight of my visit though was not the food but the amazing enthusiasm and great service of our waiter Tim!! Phenomenal employee! We have been here several times. Today was the first time we came with a fairly large group (12) including 2 toddlers and my brother who has limited mobility. We came for my brothers bday. While we have never had a bad experience, tonight the service was just extraordinary. 4 out of our 12 have food allergies and/or special dietary needs and everyone we asked was helpful and friendly and checked several times for us about ingredients for various dishes. No one acted put out by our asking, which happens a lot at other restaurants.Honestly I would come here just for the lobster bisque, but the salmon and all the steaks were just perfect tonight.Dillon, our server was incredibly attentive to the whole group and very friendly. Memo and Tim were our meat servers and they were on top of it and better than we have usually had.However, I have to give Tim a specific shout out. He is great and totally took the experience up a notch. He is honestly more performer than server and my 2 yr old son and 3 yr old nephew were just mesmerized by him. He made my brother’s bday dinner a very memorable one. Thanks to all the staff!
