uri is one of our two fave sushi places in town! a def must-visit— we love the sunflower roll and the spicy hand roll combo specifically. jason is funny and attentive, but not over bearing. hot sake is buy one, get one. the sushi chefs are really kind and def care about their craft:) just go, you won’t be sorry!

It's just not good Sushi. One of the worst tasting Sushi. Sushi is definitely not fresh at all. Ordered a nigiri dinner which consisted of 9 nigiris and 5 pieces of rolls. All for $30. One of nigiri was an imitation crab meat. This has to be a joke. Portion is small and price is high. Bad combo...
If I could give a minus star, I would. This kind of place really needs to close their business.

We had an amazing experience at URI sushi. Our server Jason was super attentive and friendly and the food was delicious. You have to get the sushi taco! Excited to have a sushi place close to home.

I love sushi and in my 7.5 years of living in Colorado this the best sushi I have had. Everything is very fresh, the pieces of fish are generous/thick, and the rolls are nice and big. Andrew, the head sushi chef and his team are awesome at what they do and are very cool guys. I won’t go anywhere else for sushi! Some suggestions: Lion King 2 (sushi roll), Salmon Belly Nigiri, Saltwater Eel Nigiri, Uri House roll, and Mochi Ice Cream! But really you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu!
Immaculate vibes. Amazing kind and attentive staff. I grabbed a few nigiri, the sushi taco plate, and a plate of yakisoba! After the manitou incline climb, I was starving. And boy did U-ri hit the spot. The food was excellent. Definitely try the sushi tacos, they are balanced sweet, salty, gentle spice with perfection.

Hands down the BEST sushi I’ve ever had — and I don’t say that lightly.
I just ate at Uri Sushi in Colorado Springs, and I am blown away. From the first bite of sashimi to the last roll, everything was absolute perfection — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. I’ve been to a lot of sushi spots (including what used to be my all-time favorite), but Uri just took the crown.
The quality of the fish was next-level — melt-in-your-mouth good — and every roll was balanced and creative without being overdone. You can tell this place is family owned because there’s heart in everything: the food, the service, the atmosphere.
Not only is Uri Sushi my new favorite sushi spot in Colorado Springs — it’s my favorite, period. If you’re a sushi lover, do yourself a favor and eat here. You won’t regret it.

Food: Great specialty sushi! Recommendations are Kamikaze, Yakuza, Lion King and Avalanche 1. All were handcrafted to perfection. They have non-roll dishes as well.
Service: Our server was the best ever! She was very knowledgeable, and made great recommendations.
Ambiance: Great for hanging out with friends. Enjoying a great time with family. Spacious and has bar seating.
Value: Prices were reasonable for the quality of food and service.

Ordered two beef yakisoba and a side of wontons. They charged me $42. I got home and opened the box to find maybe, MAYBE an ounce of beef and a small portion of noodles, along with 6 very burnt wontons that had no crab in them. This is without a doubt the biggest ripoff of any restaurant in town
