Must try their Sazarac!! I’ve tried so many looking for the best.. and this one.. is straight out of New Orleans! Perfection!
Also, they have an amazing drink, called the Ecto-cooler, on the menu with a lovely melon flavor (yes, it was a beautiful slime color!) Don’t think.. just go.. to UVA wine bar. Okay the wine is fantastic, too.

Finally a wine bar who's not afraid to sell by the glass, and they have a ton of options! My wife and I like to try new wines without the risk of buying a whole bottle. They also have rotating flights each week which is a great way to try and discover new wines.

The food is REALLY good and the service is always top notch. This is one of our favorite spots in all of CO Springs.

We LOVE it here. With 4 kids and being self employed, we don't get out a lot, but this place is always worth every penny. Can't wait to go back! Beautiful presentation of food, excellent wines, and non invasive but attentive staff.

My husband and I had the fried oyster deviled eggs, French onion smash burger & and the bone in pork chop, unbelievably delicious! And my husband is super PICKY! He’s satisfied like 1/5 times we eat out. ? definitely recommend! We will be back very soon. Craig treated us like Royalty!

Oh man, I really wanted to like this place. I just moved to this part of town and this place is so close to my house. It's a nice place to hang out, but it can be SO much better. The first gripe is with the wine. I got 2 wines by the glass - a red Bordeaux and a red reserva from Portugal. Both were flat on the nose and palate. Most likely due to bottles being open too long. I only suspect this because I also observed a glass of red wine in their fridge just sitting there getting oxidized. I asked the bartender about that, and he said it's just waiting for the next person to order it. I only ordered 1 dish - the Arancini - under seasoned and lacking refinement. Also - I got sparkling water when asked if I wanted still or sparkling - but the bar tender brought out a giant 1 liter bottle and opened it just for me. Without explaining that I would be charged for the whole bottle. I'm OK to pay for sparkling, but if it's just 1 person being severed - perhaps mention the bottle is 1 liter? Amongst a sea of chain restaurants and mediocrity - this place has a real shot at standing above the crowd - please do better!

Fantastic experience. Craig was incredibly attentive and provided great service. Definitely go for the flights of wine to find something you haven't experienced before. Baked brie, fig and prosciutto flatbread, and the warm dates were all excellent.
