Wait time is about 15-25 min per car. Everytime we've gone we've waited for at least 25 min and just left. If there's two cars waiting, good luck, you'll be waiting at least 30 min.Tapioca is never available after 3pm. They said they only make a certain amount for the day because "It's a long process." Which is true, but if you can't live up to your menu, maybe take it off. It's such a disappointment.

The drinks are always amazing! We've pretty much stopped drinking chain coffee. The staff are always friendly and they've never made our drink wrong! Prices are reasonable too! I'd recommend this place to anyone!

They’re alive!!! I’m so glad I searched for them this morning and found them closer! It’s convenient! We love their customer service and drink options! Even though they moved, their integrity is the same. They added stickers to our cups! I’m obsessed! Definitely will come back now that I know they’re there.
