Could hear the manager the whole time grilling his team while visible about selling pies and putting down his team members while standing around doing nothing. If you have time to lean you have time to clean. Maybe your sales are down because of the price and dietary restrictions of the customers, I won't be returning only because of the portion size of my food, don't put that on the servers. The server was adorable and made the stay tolerable.

The food was honestly delicious and I was pleasantly surprised by it. The table we sat at had great sunlight and color to it, it felt vibrant and cozy. The service was very slow, though.

Food came out not that great, I was asked how it was and wasn't going to make a big deal out if it. My waiter Eric went above and beyond by calling his manager over and making sure I got a new fresh one. Like I said, I wasn't going to make a big deal out of it, but Mike didn't let us leave without making sure we were completely satisfied with our meal and our service. Sitting here listening to their little community of customers that love and adore them, I can see why people come here and we will be returning.

Food was great, needed to scream “straws please” because apparently workers here can’t hear, atmosphere was good I felt really comfy. Some people nearby were screaming so loud I couldn’t watch my videos in peace. Overall it’s good here come visit.
The pie was good as always but the food was pretty pathetic and poorly plated and not to mention the fresh vegetables were completely wilted under the heat lamp.

Ordered breakfast for delivery the other morning and when it finally showed up it was highly disappointing.We ordered a full stack of buttermilk pancakes and requested extra syrup... Or pancakes were cold, flaky and falling apart, and as far as the syrup goes they supplied only 1 SINGLE serving of syrup. The delivery driver didn't notify us off the arrival of our food order at all. The shake we ordered wasn't blended correctly and was half melted already as well. I've worked for a few different diners in my life; Village Inn included, so I know that there are standards all orders are supposed to follow and mine was far from it....

Ordered 3 pies for pickup 5 days later. Get there and the GM comes out and smugly tells me "we don't have any". Then LIES and says he had no way to get ahold of me. My order had my phone number and email address. General Manager is just a lazy piece of trash that doesn't care about customer service. No idea how these idiots fail upwards at these places no one wants to work.
