We have been there three times now and we love it. We have had the same server twice now, Bianca, she is prompt, polite, personable, and hilarious! The meat and cheese boards are delicious and they have several options. The wine selection is nice as well.

I was here for a business event. The food and wine were amazing with amazing service. I’d love to revisit during regular business hours but would highly recommend them for an intimate event/party.

Took my date here and had a pleasant dining experience. Decent wine selections and very good food accompaniments, our server was very knowledgeable on all the wines and pairing options. Will be returning here.

I brought my out-of-town friend here since my first visit was so great. BUT, this second time had some hiccups. First, the positive: Tristan was very accommodating when I called to say we were running behind. Our server (can't recall her name, but she's the young, blonde lady) was great both times I had her. She was knowledgeable about the wine and made some great recommendations. The food is always delicious and perfectly cooked. My favorite is the Tri-tip risotto and the scallops. Well-balanced on flavor, rich, and good-sized portions for the entrees. Now, the needed improvements: whoever the dark-haired female hostess is needs an attitude adjustment. Upon arriving, my friends and I said hello, and she was stone-faced the entire time, very cold and unwelcoming. She then tried to sit us at a table that was crammed into a corner, and tried to take chairs from a neighboring table that was already sat with patrons. They were expecting more guests and told her to not take the chair. Frustrated, she just turned around and put us at a table that wasn't ideal for our party. We agreed to sit there anyway, even though there was plenty of other open seating. Second, the charcuterie board my friend custom-ordered was dismal with the servings of cheeses and meats. There was plenty of bread and crackers, but only three pieces of prosciutto and 9 pieces of salami. There were four of us eating, and it didn't go far at all. We did still order salad and entrees, but for the amount of money we spent, it didn't justify what we received in apps. Overall, I still like this place, mainly because of the atmosphere and the adorable food server we had. Will try again.

The service was amazing!!Our waiter was super nice, explained the whole menu, let us sample 2 wines, made a excellent cheese choice for us, and was very attentive while not being overly so.The atmosphere was cozy even when it started to get busy. The food was amazing!!The drinks were so good!Vegetarian options: There was one vegetarian dish as well as several seafood options. There was a bread board as well as seafood appetizer options.Kid-friendliness: Not really a kid place at all.

We went out with our friends and had a great experience. Loved that you can get varying sizes of wine pours if you want to experiment. We shared 2 appetizers between the 4 of us, each couple shared on entree and a dessert. Everything was so delicious! Very hip vibe, and great food and Cocktails. Def recommend.

The wine classes have been an outstanding way to enjoy wine, food and company while also getting to learn about the wines, places and process that take place. Thank you Vine and Wheel for giving Colorado Springs an amazing experience for wine!

Attended a wine class facilitated by Trystan and Ashley, both level 3 sommeliers. The class featured Italian wines accompanied by charcuterie. The class was very well run and very informative. Ashley and Trystan are very good about including everyone and very unpretentious with their expertise and listening to others' feedback. Excellent class and venue.

I ordered the Seasonal Vegetable Plate which I cannot in good faith recommend. Frankly, it was hideous. Never have I been presented with such an oily, tasteless dish. The gnocchi was incredibly disappointing. We were a party of four; three carnivores and one vegetarian. The carnivores were happy, our drinks delectable, and the service divine.

I came to this restaurant with a friend of mine on a Wednesday. It was very slow, which was great for us, because the service was outstanding! We decided to order the grilled artichoke appetizer, and also the baked Brie with fig. We requested gluten free bread, to which they accommodated nicely. The lemon butter, on the artichoke appetizer was rich and tangy, and the artichoke was perfectly cooked. The brie and fig with bread was absolutely delicious! They both were so good, I forgot to take pics of them, oops!We ordered the Obsidian Cabernet Sauvignon, and it paired well with everything. For dinner I ordered the Tagliatelle Frutti Di Mare. It had generous servings of scallops, shrimp, squid, in a light sauce with perfectly cooked house-made pasta. My friend orders the short rib risotto, which was divine! Rich flavors and extra tender meat made this dish an absolute favorite. Finally, the pumpkin spice cheesecake for dessert was a terrific final touch. It was light, fluffy, and gluten free. The atmosphere is a laid-back, modern, lounge-y type place with perfectly set music. We will definitely be coming back for more!

The Vine & Wheel is one of the gems of Colorado Springs. It is an excellent place to hosts private events or enjoy a truly marvelous selection of wines. Their Sommeliers, Trystan and Ashley are an absolute delight. They bring a wealth of knowledge and fun to the space that will leave you feeling informed, welcomed, and eager to join them for another glass. This is the quintessential casual / fancy date night spot; perfect for a first or five-hundredth. Don't pass up the opportunity for a bite and a bottle!
