Ordered paninis with no dijon as i have an allergy. As i bit into it, it had it on it. My husband ordered a steak wrap but had no steak? They really should be paying more attention to the order details when making the food. Allergies can kill peoples and there should be no reason to leave steak out of a steak wrap?
Later edit: they did refund the items after i mentioned the issue which was really great of them to do. Just worried about eating here with allergies if things arent made properly to order…

Lots of options for both savory and sweet food. Interior was clean and empty, service was amiable. Staff was knowledgeable about the menu and answered questions patiently. Food can take a minute for them to make so, not necessarily a great option if you are on a timed break or in a rush. Time was taken to create an appealing presentation for my Acai bowl and it was absolutely delicious! Will be back!

Ordered 3 salads, simplest thing in the world...LABEL the individual orders. We spent 3 minutes trying to sort which bowl was whose. Ridiculous!!

Asking for an automatic 25% tip for an Order that was drastically wrong and extremely sad it wasn't completed to order request that was put into the computer.
Just gave the original wrap, nothing was adjusted or taken off or added, which cost extra to add. Can't even eat it but there's no time to fix the order.

Wonderful experience with a big soccer team. We preordered bowls for the team and they were a hit. The staff was so accommodating and friendly and patient. Wonderful crew they had here. Thank you!

Stopped by for the first time with my honey to have some lunch. It was amazing, delicious, healthy, satisfying food! The young ladies there were so friendly, and helpful. We will definitely be returning! We had a wrap, a salad, and a smoothie to share and it was bomb!

Food was average,took literally 20 minutes for my order to get made when there were only two smoothies before me. Only ordered two sandwiches. Ordered extra chicken, didn’t receive it.

One day we went and the bowl was amazing. Then the next we went day and the bowl was anything but amazing. Also waited forever for the second bowl. It was watery and my extras were not added.... So what I am saying is this place kind lacks vitality.... See what I did there?

Ordered the Chimichurri Steak Wrap and a Protein Smoothie. The smoothie tasted watered down and had little flavor. But it isn't factored into my rating because I don't expect flavor sensations from a protein drink. The wrap, however, should have had some flavor. I did leave off the garlic aioli, but it had the chimichurri sauce. Not that I could tell. The only flavor came from the roasted tomatoes. The steak itself had zero flavor and was chewy. The tortilla had an odd, powdery texture. Bland and undistinguished. Won't bother going back.

Used to love this place but last few times have been awful. Rude employees that acted like I was annoying them just by being there to place an order. I paid for extra fruit on 3 bowls and not only didn’t get any extra, but less than what’s in a regular order. Açaí was warm melted and soupy

The food here is very good and the smoothies are great, as well. We have noticed that the kids working here are not very good with customer service, however it is nice to have healthy options so close to home.

The two times I've been there they were out of one or more of the ingredients for my salad. The last time, they were out of grains and said it would take 20 minutes to make more. Multiple times I've come for fresh juices and was told they take down all juicing equipment 1-2 hours before closing. Teenagers with no adult supervision run these places and they don't care about customer service.
