Words can’t describe how amazing the experience here was. From the beginning to the end and every last bite!! Amazing atmosphere, calm and inviting. The owner is running everything and making all the sandwiches to order! Now the food… again speechless. Everything was absolutely perfect and delicious!! Phenomenal food and a phenomenal owner and chef ❤️☺️ will be going back soon for more!! We got a turkey club and cubano 🙌🏽🎉 FANTASTIC EVERYTHING!!

Loved our first experience! This is a small business that is doing it right.
We ordered two sandwiches, two danishes, and a coffee. Everything was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. You can really notice the quality of the ingredients. The fresh baked focaccia made such a difference.
The prices are great too, especially for the amount of food you get.
The service was friendly and even the packaging for our food was cute??

This was a phenomenal quick breakfast spot! The friendly lady at the desk was able to accommodate us vegetarians and was able to replace meat with veggie options without charge. God bless her. The sandwiches were filling and flavorful! The focaccia bread was to die for. Would definitely recommend.

First time! We were in town for another event and needed to kill time. My husband got the breakfast sandwich and I got the Turkey Club. Food is all fresh and awesome! She bakes the bread every morning! Coffee was super tasty as well! We got iced cappuccinos and those were great too. Highly recommend if you're in the area. Seating outside is nice as well ?

If you have not done yourself the favour of going & getting something off Jenner's menu, what are you waiting for.

Literally, there is nothing off her menu I've tried that is bad. You will make Vivace's one of your favourites & you will continue to go back time & time again.

What a delightful neighborhood gem! My hubs and I popped in after the balloon festival because we wanted a coffee and pastry. The banana bread (the owners grandmothers recipe) was incredible! The cinnamon roll and brownie were super delicious too. The owner is so sweet and we got a kick out of hearing her story — including how she makes everything from scratch. And she avoids using peanuts and nuts which is an added bonus for us.

Dietary restrictions: Awesome place for those who need to avoid peanuts and tree nuts.

I forgot to get a photo of my sandwich, which means I don't need to go back. Which will be a joy. My sandwich was delicious, and probably the best I've had in a while. There aren't many seats for eating inside, but we had a nice lunch sitting at the outside table in the shade.
