Was a very pleasant experience, we had a table of 9 including 3 children and we were sat within 30 min, food tasted real and not microwaved. I ordered a make your own Omlet with cheese, bacon, mushrooms, and onions and it was perfect ??Dietary restrictions: I asked about gluten-free girl said to always tell the waiters if you have an allergy ♡

If you go to the Wade's Cafe website, the first thing you'll likely see is "The Best Affordable American Restaurant in Colorado Springs, CO". This is the best way to describe this place. The food is pretty cheap as far as dine-in restaurants go, and for what they are offering it is good. It's not the best food I've ever had, but it's a really solid restaurant and I find myself coming back every so often. This restaurant is almost always packed every time I have gone and the food still comes out on time and tasty.My favorite thing here is probably the burgers. On the menu they put "award winning burger" next to the breakfast burger. I don't know what the award they won was, but it is probably my favorite burger on the menu. The burgers come with a single 4 ounce or 7 ounce patty. I prefer a better cheese to meat ratio on my burger, and always end up getting two 4 ounce patties and an extra slice of cheese. The burgers have never disappointed me this way.I would also request crispy fries or crispy hash browns. I do this every time and they come out tasting so much better. If you're a Philly cheesesteak fan, the Philly sandwich isn't too shabby. I got it twice the regular way but the cheese they were using has a really rich, cloying taste to it, so by the end I wasn't really liking the sandwich. I started subbing Swiss for the American cheese, and it comes out tasting much better.The breakfast options are ok. I liked the buttermilk pancakes the best and the biscuits aren't bad but I have had better for both. The waffle is decent as well, but the French toast didn't really stand out to me.

Wow! I got the 8oz sirloin breakfast. Amazing! Cooked to perfection, so tasty and juicy! Loved this place! The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was served quickly and again, delicious! I was more than happy with my experience here.
