My absolute go-to for late night dinners! The staff was very friendly and open for conversation. Had a party of five and we all received our food within 15-20 minutes of ordering. The restaurant was very clean when we walked. I have yet to have a bad experience at any location. Sadly I didn't get names of any of the crew but it was a Thursday night at 8:30pm and they all amazing, and visibly enjoyed their jobs and let their work show it.
Hands down the best waffle house in colorado. On point customer service, the cooks are cooking the food to perfection.

Waffle House is an underrated breakfast option. We love the Fillmore location. The wait staff are always prompt and attentive. It's also fun to see how much fun they have with each other. The food is also really good. Really like the bowls that they have!
I came in order a simple Chicken melt Hash brown bowl without onions and extra slice of cheese for to go. Instead there’s EGGS IN THEM AND I CANT HAVE EGGS. Why is it so hard to follow simple instruction?
They are always fast and responsive. The staff is kind and respectful. The waffles are always perfect and fluffy. For the price you really can’t beat a better waffle. The booths are just really uncomfortable.
