I visited the Waffle House on Fillmore recently, and while I didn’t expect much more than a quick breakfast fix, I left genuinely impressed — mostly because of the service. Our waiter was truly awesome. He greeted us right away with a smile, made sure our table was clean, and stayed attentive throughout the meal without ever feeling overbearing.

What really stood out was how he handled my iced coffee request. Waffle House doesn’t normally carry iced coffee...

Phoebe was our server and she was great. She was polite and made good conversation with us. The food was better than other wafflehouse's I've been to, they didn't serve it in a pool of oil.

My absolute go-to for late night dinners! The staff was very friendly and open for conversation. Had a party of five and we all received our food within 15-20 minutes of ordering. The restaurant was very clean when we walked. I have yet to have a bad experience at any location. Sadly I didn't get names of any of the crew but it was a Thursday night at 8:30pm and they all amazing, and visibly enjoyed their jobs and let their work show it.
