This isn’t a Waffle House, it’s a Waffle Stand, or a Waffle House “To Go”, at best. We placed an online order - the doors were locked, a security guard in her car in the parking lot told us we had to go to a little window, a fraction of the size at a McDonalds drive thru, to pick up our food. No inside pickup. No inside dining. No drive thru. Hardly any exterior lighting. Not even an awning over the little window that our food barely fit through.
If this place is locked up because it’s too dangerous to let the outside in, then I really don’t appreciate you forcing me to get out of my car and stand outside in the dark. If it’s not dangerous, then I really don’t appreciate you forcing me to get out of my car and stand around waiting in 17 degree windchill temperature - what if it was raining or snowing?
This Waffle House isn’t worthy of the Waffle House name - don’t get your hopes up.

First time at this location, and unfortunately the customer service was subpar. Our server never smiled and seemed visibly annoyed that our family came in to eat. Everything felt rushed — we were asked for our drink and food order within minutes, and we were handed the check immediately after our food arrived, despite being told “no rush.” I didn’t come in with extremely high expectations for a local Waffle House, but I did expect decent customer service. Considering we’re a family of seven, we didn’t ask for much — but we also weren’t offered anything. We weren’t even checked on to see if we needed anything, and even asking for to-go boxes felt like a chore for the staff. On top of that, the tables were dirty, and all three employees working could be heard openly complaining about their duties while customers were present. Overall, it was a disappointing first visit and not the level of service we expected.

When me, my husband, and daughter were at breakfast for my birthday, there was an older lady behind us and you could tell she was dirty and that she was homeless. She looked like she was in her 50s or 60s. I think she was mentally not all there. Her bill was $16. The manager was being so mean to her. Screaming that she needs to get out of the booth and figure things out in front of the whole place. The lady told the manager that her mom is coming to bring her wallet but I think she just said that to calm the manager down. I asked our waitress how much her meal was and the waitress said that she offered to pay for her meal but her manager would not allow her to do it apparently. She must’ve been starving and freezing to come into a restaurant and order food and coffee without money. It’s been super cold lately also. Something told me to pay for her meal. We did and the lady went on her way. This was our first time at Waffle House and is definitely our last. The person running the restaurant should be kind and have compassion. There was not one ounce of it. Ruined everything for us.

This waffle house here. I will say I've been to many... It's family tradition. Our server was kind I'll state she was so on point doing her job. Anyways while we are waiting to order a water some woman and her man in the line to pay decides to charge at me, I look out the corner of my eye like what did I just see because for sure in that moment I'm seeing her husband hold her back by having his arm around her neck. I tell my partner like whispering what's happening with this lady she didn't even get to look back the man at that point had stopped kissing her face and released her neck. SHE CAME CAHRGING AT ME again. My partner and I genuinely not understanding what this lady is even mad about quickly assert she will not be putting hands on me and I tell her man like get her again because what the hell? He's holding her by her neck until they walk out the damn store. Safe to say.... It does meet waffle house qualifications and I WILL BE GOING BACK 🤏🤏😎

Waffle house is always a good place to go to have breakfast lunch and or dinner. Yet I especially like their breakfast. Right now it's a little expensive per se. Had the hash browns scrambled eggs sausage and gravy Bowl very good very delicious. The service by the waiter and the waitress were excellent. It was busy but not unmanageable

Standing tall, windows steamed on a cold day, promising hot yet slightly burned, coffee, and food loaded with protein and carbohydrates.
In the wee hours of the morning, its lights beckon the greatly inebriated, where the caffeine and carbs and wait time have prevented numerous drunk driving accidents. And that decline to sobriety is made easier by the free entertainment of those not as far down the path you're traveling.
O vaunted Waffle House, we simply are grateful for your existence, but not worthy.
